Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tucson

This taco bell (Broadway and Camino Seco) is the worst one that I've ever been to. I get it's a fast food restaurant and my standards for what I expect are pretty low for a chain like this, but this particular location and its staff have disappointed me time and time again. I suppose I expect them to moved that employee to some other function not working with people. Everytime I have visited this location I have been told that they do not offer common menu items at the location unless you order in app, which isn't true. Additionally they have refused to customize orders that every other Taco Bell is willing to customize because its something they are SUPPOSED to do. Last visit my order was not customized, I was told I couldn't order certain things from the drive through and was not given a reason why, they did not give me any sauce or a receipt, and my tacos I had ordered without lettuce ALL came with lettuce. It seemed to have been a box that someone else didn't want that they made me pay full price for. Do NOT go to...

Taco Bell has been rocking it lately! The new $5 boxes are genius. Of course, every fast food joint is doing them right now, but Taco Bell really brings it. A Gordita, soft taco, bean and cheese burrito, those little churro like things and a soda for under $6 is one filling, cheap meal. It also seems that recently the quality of Taco Bell's ingredients has improved. I'm actually tasting less salt and more proper flavors than before.

My only complaint about this particular location is the apathy of the window staff, which isn't that big of a deal considering they're young people having to serve up tacos, dealing with people in a hurry who aren't always the most patient, pleasant or courteous. I've been there. A smile always helps make the job better and the customer feels better too.

Unfortunately the nearest location to work is a bit far and I can only get there if someone is driving. Otherwise it would be my usual lunch hour haunt. Great...

If I could do a lower rating, I would. This store has no meaning of customer service. They do not listen to anything you order and give you whatever they think should be on your order. Every time I give this store a chance, they surpass the goal of incompetence… Do not go to the store. I can not stress it enough. Otherwise, when they mess your order up and your car is out of service, they will make you walk 2 miles back to the store in 110 degree weather for a $10.00 order and then forget the sauce. Afterwards, doing the same thing weeks later but giving me a bag of cinnamon twist for the inconvenience when I did have my vehicle. Every time I had to waste gas because this store can’t seem to stop putting sour cream on everything, I would have a thousand cinnamon twist bags for the “inconvenience”. Just stop putting things the customer doesn’t want on their food....
