Dont come here after 10. The girl was on her phone texting and staring at it for 5 minutes before opening the window and taking our payment. She continued to text as other people were ordering and didnt bother to ask us if we wanted salsa or anything else. Apparently her phone situation was more important than our needs.
*Edit * Also this place is supposed to be open 24/7. It says it on the website and it says it all Over the menu. But just randomly they will be closed whenever they feel like it. I have even showed up before to order some food and had someone poke their head out the door and yelled at me that they were closed but they were all inside there and the open sign was on. We have been going to other Mexican places that want to accept our business.
Edit 2 Since the last message was sent to me about them fixing the issues we have gone here quite a few times and we haven't had any issues since shoe since then. Newer people nicer people quicker people. Tonight however I just came back from there at 2 AM Empty handed. My wife just wanted chicken nachos after she just got home from work. They are very close to our house so it is the place that we go to when we want a late snack. I pulled up to the speaker and waited a couple of minutes love minutes and the girl inside, sounding very frustrated that she was being bothered. Said, "Sorry, I'm not taking any orders tight now". 24 hours? OPEN SIGN FLASHING AWAY. Customer inside eating. So now once again any time we want something from there we can't get it and we have to hope that the person has decided that it's time to work today. Very disappointing because we actually go there quite a lot and have enjoyed it except for these random people that just can't do their job. Your business is suffering and I don't understand why you wouldn't want to...
Read moreThe food is good but the service is HORRIBLE!!!! I have been there many times but the last 3 times I’ve gone they have completely messed up my order and charged me for items they never gave me! I’m beyond livid. The young girls working there are RUDE and have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. One of the girls name is DANI she worked late at night (she was unprofessional and rude by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced) and the other girl that looks like her is a little nicer but SHE MESSED UP THE LAST 2 orders even after I had her read it back to me twice. She charged my fiancé for a water cup and rang it up as a bottle of water , she charged me for the pico de gallo i ordered but didn’t put it in the bag. It’s super frustrating.I work in the food industry myself as a general manager and I’d NEVER allow those girls to work for me in my restaurant! They would be fired immediately. It’s a shame because I’ve met the owner and he’s a really nice down to earth guy which is what made me want to keep coming back. But if I were him I’d really consider looking into his employees because his employees made a regular never want to return. It’s completely understandable to mess up one order but 3 in a row? That’s just RIDICULOUS! I feel ripped off and angry. How are you going to charge me for things you NEVER EVEN GAVE ME and on top of it give me and my fiancé completely different burritos then we asked for? It’s just sad. Because of the last 3 experiences I’ve had now I’ll never be coming back nor will I EVER recommend this establishment to ANYONE I know. (To the owner- you really really need to look into the young women you have working there. Because of them you are losing customers and I guarantee I’m not...
Read moreThis is a place that I actually discovered in Utah of all places and as far as I know it was the only one in Utah close to a town called Clearfield and I was amazed at the amount of food that I got and the quality of the food that I got for the price that I paid. I got enough food for two people I am not getting. For example I got a shredded beef enchilada a huge cheese enchilada fried rice fried beans and salad all for around $8 and it was much more than I could eat at one sitting so it was nice to be able to take it back to my motel and still have another meal for the next day. When I got back to Tucson I was telling somebody about this place and right about that time we looked over to the right on Speedway as we are headed east and lo and behold there was another rilibertos and I found the food to be just as delicious as the place and Utah found out they had another one in Phoenix as well the price was still around $8 and everything I had told my friend turned out to be true we both got a large shredded beef enchilada in a flour tortilla large cheese enchilada fried rice fried beans and small salad all fur around $8 large Parsons great price very nice people and a nice place to just sit down whether it's at the family or with some friends and eat a meal and my friend is much bigger than I am and he also could not finish the entire meal in one sitting. I love this about that place as I said if you like Mexican food this is a great place to go because of the large portions the prices the people the atmosphere and the quality of the food. Keep up the good work guys, everytime I find a place I really like they tend to disappear so don't go away LOL...
