1 Star because the girl who we first spoke to and ordered through was very kind -- missed her name.

My mother ordered my wedding cake through dedicated via phone correspondence -- told the person who answered the phone what we wanted, she said no problem we can definitely do that. We were quoted $100 for the cake, which was no problem we were willing to pay that price.

My mother got a call the day before the cake was due to be picked up saying that the person who took down the cake order didn't know what she was doing and wrote down the order wrong, and the baker was confused and had no idea what we wanted. My mother explained again that we wanted a chocolate cake with vanilla frosting, naked frosted with some peach colored florals on top.

We sent someone to pick up the cake for us as we're 2 hours away from the bakery -- and it our mistake for not having him check the cake when he picked it up because we got the cake home and opened the box and the ENTIRE THING WAS NEON ORANGE. Not even close to peach but ORANGE. I had to go out and buy supplies to salvage this cake as it was a DISASTER! -- not to mention it was completely lopsided, the layers were not level at all. Picture is attached to show (post attempt to salvage, so it is pink instead of orange)

I received the cake on 10/18, and on that same day I called multiple times and got a voicemail every time I called. Finally I left a message explaining that this cake was NOT right and that something needed to be done about it. I paid $100 and tipped $20 just to go out and spend another $50 on supplies to make the cake even somewhat resemble what I had asked for.

DEDICATED HAS IGNORED MY VOICEMAIL AND HAS NOT GOTTEN BACK TO ME. IT IS NOW 10/22. They can post on their social media pages but can't answer an upset customers voicemail? I think that is completely unprofessional, 0/10 for customer service. I will NEVER spend my money...

I've been here several times and generally stick to purchasing a bread loaf and rosemary buns. We don't eat much bread and this is easier than baking it myself. I was so excited to find this place! I've been disappointed for some time, though, but kept going back simply because of a lack of options. The prices are highly inflated, in-store and especially on DoorDash. I was told by a staff member that the items are marked with colored stickers to denote age of the item (hence why they don't want you grabbing those yourself). I've brought home a few treats that were definitely questionable/teetering on being spoiled and threw them away. And I paid full price! They were not items from the discount bin. I do wonder how old their "day old" goods really are. I recently ordered a mini oreo cake and Americano. The cake was dry and possibly old as I became ill after eating it. The Americano wasn't decaf - it was good, though. And, most recently, I bought a loaf of bread on Saturday afternoon and it was molding by Sunday evening. It crumbled apart while I was slicing it, and that's when I noticed the small dots of mold. That hasn't happened before, and I have never refrigerated the bread items immediately. I nibble on the bread for a day or two, slice it up, then freeze it. I did notice that it felt harder than normal when I grabbed it, but I didn't think that it was actually old bread. From now on, I'll bake it myself, buy it from the place across town, or go without. I can't continue to support this...

I had an amazing experience! Yesterday (Saturday the 11th) I put in a very odd request: A few years ago my brother and I asked a Safeway to make a cake and design it with the character Toothless from How to Drain Your Dragon. When they agreed they said, “no worries! I can definitely design and draw that!” (Mind you, there was no character page at the bakery and they shouldn’t have made a promise like that but were being nice and doing this special request for me) We come home and it was the WORST cake drawing I’d ever seen! We were very disappointed.

Now it’s a running joke and when I called yesterday to make the request the ladies had a good laugh which is always great! My instructions were specific and easy. “Please do the worst drawing of Toothless the Dragon ever.” Now we know that they’re amazing decorators and this must have been super hard to do a job like this. But they nailed it! We are very pleased with this best “worst” drawing of Toothless.

I am so absolutely pleased and thrilled with the outcome! They did such an amazing job!! The cake tasted amazing and looked beautifully awful! My mom had a good laugh and now we have that extra memory we get to talk about.

Thank you for helping us with our vision! We are...

Such a cute and awesome place to have a lunch. A lot of local representation in this cafe. And everything is gluten free!! That’s amazing for my gluten free boyfriend who always has to pay extra for the alternatives at other places. Also, dairy free milk options for their drink menu is a plus.

This place seems very popular; dining room almost full, and people keep coming in, and they seem very busy. A lot of enticing glute-free baked goods are on display. There is breakfast and lunch menu. We ordered a chicken sandwich. They asked if it was for here or to go and we said for here and found a table. AC was so strong that it was uncomfortably cold that I wished I had long pants and a long sleeve shirt. Sandwiches were delivered to the table, wrapped and in a bag as shown in the pictures. No plate, no utensils, no sides. I thought if they are going to deliverer sandwiches like this, it makes no sense to ask whether it is for here or to go. It seems all were made to go. Though we enjoyed the food, when it is presented like this, it takes away the enjoyment and the price being $13 for a small sandwich, though I understand the gluten-free cost extra (more expensive flour instead of wheat flour being used), unless you absolutely have to have gluten-free, I thought it was not worth it as an overall lunch-out experience. We were going to stay for coffee and a cookie, but because it was so cold and uncomfortable, we decided to go elsewhere.
