Went there last night for my birthday and got a 13 dollar drink. Unfortunately there was no taste of alcohol in it, I had a couple of friends taste it and we couldn't taste alcohol. I was disappointed I wasted any money at all so payed for my drink and left. Today I'm being charge 33 dollars. The waitress is basically a thief. I go there often and never have issues and I always tip, this time I got ripped off. I payed 13 for a drink with no vodka and payed a 20 dollar tip that I never authorized. I've had this happen to me before and my bank will shut my card down. I've seen this waitress there before so be aware. If there was vodka in my drink like the menu said, I would have been more then happy to pay for my drink and a 15 percent tip as usual. The girl with a blond hair pony tail and thin waitress had no Shame, I'm sure the bar is going to back her up. If they keep doing this to people thinking we're all just too drunk to realize, slot of people are probably getting taken for their money. We're not too drunk because some of us aren't getting alcohol in our drinks, ultimately the first time I decide I'm not tipping and I just payed for the drink and left resulted in me being robbed. And I do infact...
Read moreWe have been coming to the neighborhood for so long but recently it was the worst experience ever. When Mark was running along with Ida it was such a great place. This last time horrible. The short waitress was rude brought us something we did not ordered and the said literally just eat it. We put in the correct order for 2 mojito lime shrimp which has always been my go too this by the time we finally got it a different server brought them to us cold literally. She took forever to bring us drinks, we went to the bar to order ourselves and there was maybe like 10 people in the patio so it is not like she had a lot to serve. Some guys sat at the edge of our table to watch the fight she knew they were not with us but somehow ended up putting all their drinks and food on our bill all because she just didn't want to serve us or liked her job at all, they did fix it in the end but we had to wait until they closed to do so which kinda sucked. Over 7 years at the least maybe longer we have been going here and I am sure we will not be returning at all.. sad this is our neighborhood bar but bad service from someone who hates their job kills the vibe and want to...
Read moreI just moved to Tucson, upon arriving at the The Neighborhood the bouncer and line attendant greeted me well they let me through. There was 2 spaces to get in both were unblocked, as in the tape was open on both sides i took the left side. Keep in mind it was first time in this spot. Leo (he lied and said his name was Richard when i asked)kicked me out saying I skipped the line after letting me in. I apologozed to him I'm sorry it's my first time I didn't know if maybe there was a bar on the right side and people were getting ready to buy a drink, no big deal I would've waited after the people in front of me. Leo didn't care i tried to apologize many times but he kept flicking me off and blowing me off then called the cops. Wish i could've experienced the bar but Leo was exrremely rude. And I get it, the establishment looks out after one another but it was just rude and unfair that they wouldnt let us in. Next time Leo learn how to take a sincere apology. Because it just makes the whole place look bad when I bet most employees would've excepted the apology...
