McDonald's — Restaurant in Tukwila

During service between 6:30pm to 9:30pm. They are becoming lazy. Will advice FDA to head over and deal with this unsanitary, unsafe and unprofessional location. On the door says 5 stars, on the reviews say 4 stars. Order was incorrect. For fast food, might as well not wrap the order. Just throw everything in the bag. Burgers were wrapped like smoking or hiding weed. The fries were soggy, greasy, and burnt. The nuggets were cold, and few well done. Forgot the sauce for nuggets. First thing, is to appeal this location. Another is to find how many mangers in this shift. There were almost 6 managers to speak with, and no barely spoken the native tongue. This location are for ppl who speak the native tongue to get an order right. Expensive on the menu, while ordering. This place has been very unsatisfied and majority of the reviews with the plus ➕️ are employee's family recommended this place. Just experience a horrible experience and don't even want to hesitate anymore of this location. Fairly during the day is better than this evening shift. Bum rush order became a disaster. No one even cleans the facility. Mops dirty, floors OMG! Just very disappointed. Hate this place, but if your local, you get twice more than you pay for. My family was sitting in the facility and notice they pay less than $10.00 for not just 1 complete order. With 3 Big Mac, 3 Mcchicken sandwiches, 6 fries and 4 fountain drinks. That is a super steal. How we seen this 2 $5.00 bills make $10.00, and the outcome is wow! Must be local or crazy cool with these managers to get that steal. Thanks last time coming here, and report this local FDA managers. Appreciate the hospitality given to this...

This is ridiculous. We (my fiancé and mom) have been waiting in line since 1:05 am. There are at least 12 people in the line still waiting. They are so behind that they are taking orders at the 1st window. I’ve worked McDonald’s and we NEVER had anyone waiting longer than the cook time of French fries which is 3 1/2 mins. My moms even worked for McDonald’s and she’s baffled at how long and unprofessional this McDonald’s is. Mind you as I’m witting this we are STILL WAITING. NEVER coming back to this location we are so frustrated right now. Update: So coming to the second window and FINALLY trying to get out order done it’s now 1:39 and the chick walks off not even halfway through our order...She comes back and apologized and said that there are only 2 of them working.....I’d say her name but of course she wasn’t wearing a name tag (probably knowing she’s going to have a lot of mad people at her and not wanting to be named). Only name I heard was Shelly because the woman from the 2nd window was yelling not to make the sandwich they screwed up on since she got our order wrong (what a shock). We finally got our food at 1:47...no “thank you” just a hasty “here you go” with no eye contact. Terrible planning all around from this McDonald’s. Half the fries tasted fresh, the nuggets weren’t even WARM (seriously after waiting this damn long and they aren’t even fresh???) and the DQP was the only thing classified as “good”. I’d recommend going to another location because this one apparently doesn’t know how to staff properly...

I am honestly not that big a fan of this McDonalds location. I've lived in the area for over the last 11 years and have frequented this location at least a couple dozen times. I've been inside only a handful of times, the rest through the drive-thru. Although I would basically say this location is just like the rest, there are two visits that stand out. Once, I was ordering inside and a group of kids, like very young kids, were hanging out INSIDE smoking a joint and no one seemed to care - not the staff or the handful of other patrons. It was about six kids and the oldest was probably 9. Yes, the oldest was probably nine years old. They smoked an entire joint inside the McDonald's and then causally walked away. Another visit, when I walked in, a young child maybe 7 years old, started calling me derogatory and just flat out racist names. I didn't even notice him there until the barrage of insults started. Also, there were no parents in sight. What a surprise, I would have guessed a neglected child to have good manners. Oh, surprise, I'm white by the way. The surrounding area is very shady and I'm not even talking about these events. Mcdonalds location is fine enough, just maybe use drive thru to avoid the child abuse and the possible violence outside. Other than that,...
