I have never received such unprofessional and undesirable means of customer service. When I arrived at Wendy's between 12:55am. I waited at the intercom, I said hello for 5 to 10 minutes. Just because your associates at this restaurant were getting ready to close early and excited about going home. They chose to turn this into a waiting game for their amusement. I am reporting this publicly and giving a 1 star rating in hopes that management could do something about it. I don't get why every single associate chose to ignor me, but when I think about it it makes perfect sense. Management I hope you rewind the cameras to the time frame of 12:50 am to 1:00 am on June 30th 2021 to look and see at the there was 4 to 5 employees with your manager if not more.
Yes I recorded the incident, and people inside were yelling worldstar and the girl who ignored me, told me your restaurant is closed decided to walk away as I was telling her I was waiting in line from 12:50 to 12:55.
If there was not 4 to 5 employees inside there was more than that amount. There is no way everyone was busy everyone while choosing to ignore me just so they couldn't serve me until later then 1am, so they could tell me they are closed. Manager saw me recording and I told her yes I am because I was waiting in line on the behalf of a hungry customer from around 12:50am and 12:55 am. Which is not 1:00am and still your employees are obligated to serve the customer or drivers there on the behalf of the customer.
Regardless the manager asked me "she will only talk to me if I stop recording", when I did that she slammed the window and walked away without serving me. The girl initially that chose to ignore me, the Manger who slammed the window and walked away to the guy that tried to reason with me, told me the frosty machines are closed, they can't make burgers, they can't make fries they can only make the nuggets. They gave me nuggets that the whole bag felt cold. It is so unprofessional for all of your employees including the manager to do that. I hope that management fixes the deep on going issues this Wendy's has, because I have been to other at 1am on the dot and those have still served me.
This Wendy's and all the employees chose to ignore me, I felt discriminated against, maybe it was that or maybe prejudice. Truth be told for 5 to 10 minutes to left until they are closed, and kept ignoring me until the guy tried to help me. The order was placed at 12:43 so they had every chance to make the order and serve me, they chose not to. If you rewind the cameras you will realize I am telling nothing but the honest truth, but if this is how management chooses to run their Wendy's till closing I think everyone that wants to go here at night to order food, should have the right to know publicly why I have given your restaurant an honest 1 star rating. It is for the sole purpose because your employees worked like that to deserve this rating. Unless I see some improvements which I haven't I do not recommend anyone to go here at night.
Apparently the people you have employed don't care to do their job here and use it as their pass time to let time fly by while getting paid on the clock. Your employees at night have turned your restaurant into a laughing stock as a place for their amusement and the hangout spot, not what they are employed for to serve customers and have the restaurant be profitable until closing. Read moreI wish I could give no stars. We went to the Wendy's drive thru on Saturday night. The weight was long and we ended up getting the wrong thing. That is not the worst part. First. You can't be slow and inaccurate. That's ridiculous. But the worst part was we didn't end up getting the chicken burger that I wanted in the first place. We ended up getting a cheeseburger. I cut my losses because we are already on our way to our destination and so I just decided to eat what they give us. My partner was mad that we did not get the chicken burgers that we requested and he did not eat his. I ate the cheeseburger and the next morning became violently ill. I had thrown up since 5:00 that morning and it ended up going to the ER yesterday around 3:00 because I couldn't keep any fluids down. I had the worst food poisoning that I've had in years. Do not go here! In addition to the food poisoning, i have also been here many of times when I'm dashing and constantly you guys get the orders wrong. I'm not sure what you guys need to do to move forward to make sure that your staff is properly equipped for food safety as well as keeping up with productivity and taking accurate orders. Male voice was extremely rude when I asked to pick up my DoorDash order, he told me the order was canceled and started arguing with me when I told him the DoorDash app said it wasn’t. I ended up losing time and money cause I had to call DoorDash customer service and explain this Wendy’s told me the order was cancelled. DoorDash told me I was right, it was not cancelled, and tried calling this Wendy’s but the phone number doesn’t even work. Anyway, I was just doing my job and was polite as always and this guy had a super nasty attitude for no reason. Did not appreciate at all. And order that could’ve taken me 15 minutes to complete ended up taking me 40 minutes since I this Wendy’s worker gave me the wrong information and wanted to argue.
