Crumbl — Restaurant in Tulare

I usually don't buy from this store. But today I saw a promotion and decided to use it. I preordered half a dozen cookies for 9:00 pm because I did not have enough time to go before. When I went to pick them up at about 9:30 pm (the store is to close at 10:00 pm) the store was already closed. The guy told me they ran out of cookies and had to close and if I wanted to pick them up tomorrow... My issue is that if I preorder/pay for the cookies 4 hours prior and they should have saved them since the cookies were preordered. Such a let down...

This location has gone downhill the last 6 months or so. Yesterday was the last straw for me. One cookie I got didn’t have all the toppings & hardly any frosting, another one was too small that almost looked like a mini when it wasn’t suppose to be which also had hardly any frosting and ALL them were so hard that I couldn’t even eat any of them? Since I am a baker, Its very unusual for me to buy a cookie from somewhere else, but I was having a DAY , if you know what I mean. Asked for a milk chocolate, got a semi-sweet chocolate. Took it anyway. On the drive home I started snacking on it, and found it SUPER salty, so salty that I pulled over, and found that it had indeed been salted with flaky salt, why would anyone do that? Tried to blow it off , then took a brush to it to remove the salt flakes......damn, for a 5 dollar cookie ?...
