I know it's new but get it together people. I ordered a sandwich and soup. They did not give me a buzzer. They took my name, I waited for my food for about 30 mins. Someone else took my food. As I was waiting I asked was I supposed to get a buzzer. They said no. Any way. Was very upset and dissatisfied. I called the cashier out. Her name was Kathy. And tried to tell me that I was lying about not getting a buzzer for my food. It was so loud in there. They never called my name. Instead an old lady went up to get my food. And the girl in charge of calling names. Asked if she was Jeff. The manger coughed all over me. Plus when I asked for a full refund. They didn't want to give me my money back for the drink. Which I never touched. I should of got my meal free and my money back. I will never go to this Panera bread in...
Read moreI cant believe how slow and incompetent the drive-thru workers are at Panera. Everytime I go they make me sit parked in front of the window forever while they take the orders of everyone behind me. They can't multitask and get my food or drink while taking other orders and since they can't do that they should fill my order first THEN take other people's orders behind me. All I ordered was a drink refill, a cookie, and 2 pupcups and had to sit there for 15 min even though there were 2 people working the drive-thru. Even if I order and pay in advance they've made me sit there and wait while they take everyone's order behind me. What happened to the "first come, first served" customer service method? Its not rocket science, it's...
Read moreOrder two items for “rapid pick-up”. Arrived at the time that I was alerted that items were ready. Sat in the drive-thru line for 5 minutes with three cars ahead of me. The car at the drive-thru window never moved the entire time. I reversed out of the drive thru and went inside. There were TONS of workers and no customers in line ordering. I asked for my “rapid pick-up” order that I was supposed to get at the drive thru and explained that the line never moved in the 5 minutes I sat there. No sorry. No apology. Just a big stupid fake customer service smile on her face that told me “have a nice day” when I commented that “Wow, they must be REALLY busy”....
