Read moreI dont normally leave reviews but my past 3-4 visits have been so disappointing. I’m a regular customer, and it sucks when you spend your money and it ends up being a waste because I have to throw an entire drink away. I went on 9/24/24 and I asked for a dirty soda, they accidentally gave me a regular sparkling soda and when they handed me my drink and I let them know, the proceeded to just take the same drink and add whip cream into it. No sweet cream. This was extremely dissapointing. Again, I visited today 9/28 & I waited 20 minutes for my drink to be ready, and on top of that it was extremely watered down. I got a golden eagle, and it’s as if I’m just drinking milk. There’s absolutely no sign of espresso in the drink I received today, if I wasn’t in a hurry I would’ve had it remade but I cannot wait another 20 minutes...
Read moreToo many bad customer experiences to want to go back. 2 of the last 3 being caused by reckless drivers cutting me off to try to get in the line first and not only did they get served first they all had a really good laugh about it both times. 'Oh hahaha lmao you totally almost ran into them' literally them chatting up the driver. This last time was partially the app not wanting to log in problems and partially the cashier refusing to cash my points even though they were clearly visible to them. 'I don't know how many points it is for the drinks, I think its 1,000 per' 'no it's 325 like always' well I need to see it on the app' 'I just explained to you that it wasn't working' honestly just drove away...
