So lastnight (15 min. before this place closed) my fiance decides he's hungry for a sandwich from here. I called and asked if it was to late to place a to go order. The lady was so nice and polite not only did she greet me saying "not at all, what would you like" she was extremely patient in helping with the menu selection. She stated give us about 10 min and we'll have this ready for ya. Now... I know for a fact that I'm not the only one that can say this, most people are NOT that helpful or friendly minutes before closing. I get there basically at 9pm. and yet again everyone was super friendly.I believe the lady that rang me up had taken my order and again very informative about the plastic cups and the discount in bringing them back on my next visit. And then a different lady handed me the food and said, "you have a fantastic evening." I got in my car and litterillysaid out loud " Now THAT'S customer service. This place has amazing food, love the Christian music playing and folks that know how to make a business proud. We'll be back for sure!!! I just wanted to share this experience, because I believe in giving credit where credit is due. You might say, it's their job..    Read moreI had the worst customer service experience at this location. Itâs not the first time. Every time i go there, bad bad customer service. I went there today before 7pm and the two worker both girls, had the chair put on the table at 7pm. Closing time is 8pm. I understand everyone is in hurry to go home but come on at 7pm closing procedure. Are you kidding me. As soon as i walked in, no hello and they were showing me the worst attitude like i made a mistake by walking in the store. No thankyou or anything after i made the payment. Please dont work if you are unable provide decent customer service. I am not asking the workers to ask me how am i and hows my day extra but at least dont make your customer feel like they are making mistake by walking in the store HOUR before closing.    Read moreWent into the deli this afternoon (July 19th) at 4:30. My friend and I waited for about 2 minutes (which is a long time when you are actually timing it) and then another person came in behind us, each time the door chimed letting the workers know a customer has entered. The three of us waited another minute and we finally said "hello" out loud. After about another 30 seconds a young woman with long dark hair approached the front counter. I told her " guess you didn't hear us enter huh?" She gave me a very dirty look and asked in a very snotty tone "May I help you?" At that point I decided there were better places to eat and ones that would be friendly to their customers....we walked out. I will never eat here again. Customer service is totally in short supply now days, I don't need a snotty brat to treat me or anyone rudely on...
