Plaza Del Lago — Local services in Tulare

Most of the stores here are top notch. The chilis parking lot is a horrible place to park. According to the daily crime report for tulare a car gets broken into almost every day of the week. Chilis needs to hire security. This plaza attracks a lot of homeless people. The mess they leave behind big 5 is unbelieveable. The smoke shop next to walmart has a handful of homeless people sleeping around it at any given time. It would be nice to be able to walk around from store to store but people are walking around high on drugs, urinating on sides of buildings and needles are laying everywhere. Who ever manages this plaza...

I'm more surprised this restaurant is in business. The bartender kinda pretended she didn't see us... Standing directly in her view at the doorway area. I assume it's a new style of restaurant. You go in and get your menu, set yourself. When you decide what you want to eat you go in back and cook it yourself. You bring out your food to your table, eat it, bus your own table and when you are ready to leave, you go to the register and ring your tab up and pay....
