Ordered a brisket and pulled pork sandwich. Got home had 2 pulled pork. Ordered the same thing a week later, thought they’d correct the issue then. I told the kid at the window what happened, he said, “OK.” He went and got my order and handed it out the window. I said, “That’s it, OK?” He said, “Sorry.” I said, what about the amount I overpaid last week? I said, “let me speak to the manager.” He said, “I am the manager.” He turned and walked away. Another young girl stepped up and said, “We can’t refund unless the GM is here.” What???

You are running a business and you have no mechanism for making a refund when you cheat someone?

Also, look at the quality of the sandwich gotten today compared to their advertised photo. Does this look appetizing to you? The entire sandwich weighed 4 1/8 ounce. The large fries were half full. Look at the second sandwich, their advertisement vs the one they hand out the window. Arby’s, WE HAVE THE MEATS!! Well, when they hand you the sandwich, they keep THE MEATS.

Just beware if you order online that you may get ripped off and they WON’T...

This Arbys is a pretty great location. After getting treated poorly in Shelbyville, I decided to cancel my order and take my business here. These folks are working hard and aim to please the customer. They were clearly understaffed and my order was about $35. They handled my order, my high maintenance requests on items that I wanted this and not that. THEY NAILED IT! 20 items… everything correct. Then THEY apologized for my wait. No, I will wait in line as long as you guys keep the doors open. Thank you so much for being so customer oriented and hard working when putting together these orders when I can see you are understaffed. GREAT WORK. Lady at the front was extremely rude to my husband when he requested to purchase 1 extra bun for my roast beef sandwich because she "said she didn't know how to ring it up." We frequent this arbys and have never had an issue with this due to my dietary restrictions. I cannot digest large portions of meat at one time. Then he requested napkins and was told by her "in a few minutes ". This has been our go to location however will be going to Manchester Tn from here on out. Very rude and uncaring. I understand it's Sunday after church but definitely no need for such a nasty attitude with ugly looks at persons. I would give her name but she had on NO name tag. (Wonder why??)
