London's Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Tullahoma

I've lived in Tullahoma my whole life and have been to London many times spending lots of money there! However one one occasion I was a little low on cash so I brought a small bottle of liquor in to put in my mixed drink to make it last a little longer. I know I shouldn't have but everyone makes mistakes and I also am a strong believer in second chances as well. The owner of London barred me for six months..no big deal. This was over two years ago and any time I step foot in there I'm yelled at by the bartender to get out! And I do mean yelled at and embarrassed! They said six months but apparently they lied. I've never been in a fight or had drugs in there or anything!! I think this is very harsh and uncalled for. I have paid them hundreds of my money over the years and this is how they treat a customer who admits that they did something wrong but has learn a lesson and won't do it again and still the owner apparently doesn't believe in mercy or second chances. I guess he's perfect or something...yeah right. That's ok I can always spend my money somewhere I feel comfortable and safe and where the bartender isn't suddenly going to walk up to my table with my friends and start yelling at me needlessly just so he can look good if...

I really hate to shed any negative light on such an icon here in Tullahoma but my last experience @ London's was a shocker at best. My wife and I love their club sandwich & homemade chips so I stopped in last Sunday afternoon to pick up lunch. We haven't been there in a while but since we have ordered this sandwich many times in the past I didn't even bother asking for a menu. I ordered two club sandwiches, one with fries and one without (the chips are no longer an option) and one cold beer to snack on while I waited. The very friendly server handed me the check and I almost choked on my beer!! Two cold sandwiches and a single beer came in at just over $40 before the tip! Looking @ my check I learn that the club sandwich (with side or without) is now a whopping $16.99... each! My husband wanted to take me out tonight after a hard week at work. We drove 35 mins to go to Londons, so we could have a great burger and a drink. We sat at a table in front of the bar and waited patiently as we watched other people who were there get service at their tables and follow ups to the same tables over and over for fresh drinks and food delivered etc. and watched people sitting at the bar get waited on and follow ups with fresh drinks and food delivered. This was not our first time to go to Londons to eat and yes they were busy but not full by no means. So then we watched a group of people come in sat at a larger table two tables down from where ww were sitting and then watched them get waited on, as we sat there with no one even acknowledging that we were there. Very disappointed and we will not be back. Moral of the story I guess would be that as a party of two you are not important enough to get service. Thanks...
