Honestly, itâs not a bad location their communication with each other needs work, I went in and when I asked the guy at the coffee stand if I could get change he said in a really nice and respectful voice â of course just hop on line at the registersâ so I did and when I got up to the front the man told me they donât have it and that they might have it later, I understand if I had like $500 on me and needed change but it was just $40 I needed in $5 bills and the first guy seemed more then happy to help but then when I got to the register the guy didn'tâ even check before saying âoh we might have it laterâ it wasnât until I pointed out that his manager told me to go over to him that he wanted to help me. It shouldnât take the threat of your manager to wanna help other people. You should WANT to go out of your way to make sure someone has a good experience. Hopefully next time...
   Read moreI ordered at the store a lot through my app the delivery comes from DoorDash, but DoorDash does not fill the order. Wawa does. It was clearly on the receipt that I was to receive a half gallon diet iced tea turkey Hill I did not receive it. I called Wawa service number to let them know that I didn't get it. They told me I'd have my money back on my card in four hours here it is 12 hours later and it is still not on there Wawa needs to make sure the orders are correct and then are in the bags before DoorDash even takes them from their store. The DoorDash delivery girl was willing to make it right but why should she? She had other deliveries to make besides going back to the Wawa get the tea that wasn't in the bag it should've been there to begin with. You need to find some other way to deliver your orders because your employees really don't know double check to make...
   Read moreOrdered a toasted veggie sandwich did not ask for onions. There was some on it. Took it back in and they remade still with onions on it. Maybe onions were mixed in with other ingredients but it's a bit much that it was done twice. I would highly recommend to always check your food to make sure you get what you ask for.
