Subway — Restaurant in Tullytown

I can see why the reviews are bad. “Part time owner” BiBi told me there was nothing she could do for me after I drove over 10 minutes to get there and paid $20 for an order that they ended up canceling. She called her other owner a mere 2 times before she told me she could not get a hold of him and that I would have to call myself. She tells me they are family owned and this is why the deal on the app I used got canceled because they are in no way associated with the actual subway app and company which I find hard to believe as they have to have contact in some type of way. They say there, smiled in my face, and laughed to themselves as I was trying to call the owner in order to either get my food that I paid for, or to get a reimbursement, if you are low on money do not spend your money here as they will take it, and leave you with nothing to eat after working a 11 hour shift. They will laugh in your face and tell you there is absolutely nothing they can do. I have worked in retail for years and there is ALWAYS something you can do to help your customers. 2.5 stars...

I have visited this store numinous times the Hispanic guy that works at night has several times made his own hrs today is one of them 4/10/18 11:20 pm walked in he’s on his phone I walked up to the counter an said ur still open right ? Knowing they close at 12 am he go no I’m closed I said it says it open till 12 he just ignored me an continued on doing what he was this is annoyeing that this is the only subway around here that’s open past 8 pm I am coming home from work and stopping in for something to eat quick not a damn feast an this dude just makes his own hrs he is rude I will definitely be contacting both gm of this store an reginal an corporate hour are hours you don’t make them up I could understand starting to clean up at 11:30 but not close there is no hospitality in that what so ever by him making him own hrs an getting paid for doing nothing! I can’t give them a negative reading to post so I will leave u with 1* but hope...

I ordered 2 Footlong Sandwiches to this store. When I went for Pickup, he was making these 2 sandwiches at that time. When I place an order I added some of the veggies extras. I told him please make sandwiches as per the online order. He said If you want to add more veggies then pay more. I never had this experience before with any other store. He throw my sandwich in the garbage and told me whatever you want do further do it. If you are going to complain about me and about the refund, then nobody will listen to you. He even did not provide me the Receipts. The guy's name is Vikram. I even do not want to give a single star but without star it is not...
