On this most recent visit, I was asked to pull forward as soon as they finished handing my drink (they were using both windows, so the payment was transacted already). I told them I would wait there for a couple minutes, I recieved a responce that they have the next person's order ready. A quick check to the mirror said that was a pre rehearsed responce and untrue, since the next car in line had just pullednup to the order menu. So I simply stated I would wait there. The Shift Manager then approached the window, with out greeting informed me I needed to pull forward, I nicely declined since the car behind me was still at the payment window. Your shift manager repeated "You need to pull forward" this was in an aggressive tone and posture, making it obvious it upset him that I wasn't complying. Given that this was only going to escalate, I told him to just refund the order & I'll be on my way. His only responce was I'll need that drink back.... "By all means" was my responce. He had taken my drink, & card to return payment, just as they completed my order. As a foot note the customer behind me was impacted by the time taken to do the refund, since I would have been gone if your team had worked as hard to deliver the product as the did loosing this customer.
Braum's Coorperate has apparently placed some sort of "taddle tail" system at their drive through windows. According to one of their managers that is why they are so insistent that you pull forward when waiting on an order. The employees therefore want to send you forward immediately even time no matter if anyone is behind you or what you've ordered. Braum's leadership needs to focus on better internal processes to get more efficient turn times.
Sending your customer down the way to bring their order is NOT GOOD SERVICE, the number one complaint is that the second that order is put in you hands the employee is GONE!!! If any thing is missing or incorrect you are stuck going in or back through...
Read moreI have the same thing from braums every time I go. I go often. I always get #9 6 piece chicken meal, not the 4 piece. I always ask and get 2 Braun sauces with it. It takes me two for the 6 pieces and fries. This time at this location. Thet gave me one. That's fine, they forgot the second, I ask them for the second. The girl helping me went to get one and the assistant manager was there overheard and shut the girl down. Then said you only get 1. I explained that I always get 2 when I get the larger chicken meal. She didn't care. I asked for the manager and she started to ignore me. So I walked over to the check out lady in the grocery area and asked her if the manager was here besides the assistant. She said yes and went to get her from the back. As she did, the assistant dropped what she was doing and ran through the kitchen to stop her from getting the manager and turned the cashier away. Then came back to me and said" you are not getting another one". I asked her to get the manager, she said. "I am one". I said "no you are the managers assistant, I want the manager" she said" we aren't going to give you another one" and ignored my request. I indicated that the was. She said you asked for barbq and I said "no, I asked for 2 braums sauce at the register " she looked at the ticker and reluctantly gave me another one.
The 2 stars is not because of the food. I value good customer service over everything else. And this assistant manager was lacking. Customer service should be a strong point in any manager or assistant manager not the weekest. Internal and external customer service. And she wasn't very nice to the girl 1st helping me either. Seemed like a stressful work environment. I hope the store manager gets to see this because I didn't get to speak with her before. This was...
Read moreI end up in conversations with my customers in Iowa OK love Brahm so much that they are jealous that I live in Tulsa. One of my best friends lives in Midland, Texas and I think it breaks her heart that she can’t hop over to the Brahms once every week or two for a treat. The only reason I am giving them a four star instead of a five is that they used to offer to let you buy milk and ice cream through the drive-through for your refrigerator and now you have to go inside. It’s a very backwards move, considering the way that our country has turned. I think people would love to be able to get their bread and milk and ice cream through the drive-through. The lines are always long or they just need to create an app where we can order and pick it up. There’s so much going on that going inside especially for a mom when you have kids is more trouble than it can be worth and it’s much easier just to order something from one of the grocery stores that can let this happen. There’s nothing I wouldn’t recommend here. I think their breakfast burritos are fantastic. My daughter loves the sausage biscuit. My husband loves the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. My dad loves the biscuits and gravy. I don’t know that you can go wrong with about anything...
