Burger Street — Restaurant in Tulsa

I was super hungry when we decided to try this drive through. I wont make the same mistake twice. $26.84 for 2 chz burger meals 1 had bacon. The large teas were great. Our 2 fries were small and curly FF, Luke warm temperature. Not fresh. Our burger sizes were decent for the price, but neither of them tasted fresh. The burgers were less then room temperature, the lettuce was fresh at the edges but soggy where they had sit against the burger and mayo. I asked for my burger to be made with lettuce, mayo. Catch-up & pickles ( no catchup). They made both burgers that way I wanted mine. And added the bacon under the meat didn't mark the boxes. There was only 2 cars in front of us in drive through. Didn't take long for them to be served. Our food was up fast at the window. We live on 21st Street and Sheridan. This Burger street was 21 st and Harvard 2 miles from home. I ate here another time & the food was hot and fresh. So I don't know what happened this time. But there's a lot of competition. I would definitely look into why the food was cold at the drive through. I may try this location again in a couple months and see if there's...

This was absolutely ridiculous. I made a pickup order through Door Dash, ordering a turkey sandwich with cheese added and some condiments omitted. They gave me a double cheeseburger with everything on it. I drove it all the way back, took it inside and politely requested the correct sandwich. I smiled and was not rude or impatient. She took it back to the cook, and they began laughing, rolling their eyes and shaking their heads. As she was remaking my sandwich, with the receipt showing my order right in front of her, she began to make it wrong again. I had to stop them twice and tell them they were making it incorrectly, and each time they sneered at me and rolled their eyes. They acted put out, as if I was being a problem for asking for what I paid for. There was never any apology. Just snickering and bad attitudes. By that point I had begun to become irritated, with good reason. Then she had the nerve to tell me I didn't have to "snatch the bag" from her. I was late getting back to work because of them. No need for condiments on your sandwich or fries, they are perfect just the way they are! I usually use 5 packs of ketchup when I eat fries, but these are so savory there is no need. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich is the best sandwich/burger I have ever had in my life. It is so rich and the breading on the chicken is superior to anything at Chick-fil-A! When I make the mistake of ordering a field chicken sandwich at another restaurant I am always sadly hit (1st world problems) with the realization that any other Chicken sandwich is not worth ordering because it is so bad in comparison to Burger Street. The Burgers are pretty good, but the Spicy Chicken Sandwich will knock your socks off! I made fun of my wife for ordering one when we first went there, but after I took a bite of hers...well let's just say that was the one and only time I ordered a burger from Burger Street, not because the burger I ate wasn't great it just wasn't ambrosia-like the Spicy Chicken Sandwich at...
