Oh wow...if I could give a zero I would!!! The customer service was so bad! I mean rude as ever! It's a Sunday and it's not my fault you have big church orders or whatever orders that have you putting boxes all over your lobby! Why roll your eyes when I walk in? I was upset ny normal location at 22nd and garnett wasn't open and I had to come here. Look how nasty these are! .y kids wouldn't even eat them! They are so rubbery I could barely eat them but I was starving! Why give out day old donuts when you are making hundreds for those other orders! I usually tip but I'm not going to tip big if you treat all of us like that! Both women were treating everyone like that! They had the nastiest faces and kept rolling their eyes. This is the best donut shop in Tulsa! The donuts are made with care, fried to the perfect crispness with a creamy center. The donuts are flavorful without being overly sweet. The sausage rolls and sandwiches have good quality meat. One of the bakers is a donut artist. She creates delightful character and seasonal donuts that are almost a shame to eat. Any kid ( or adult ) would love to have a box of these for a birthday or holiday party. The staff is friendly and efficient, able to move a large number of customers quickly. I have been here at least 5 times and each time I am overall pleased with my experience. Their donuts are normally very nice and the staff is always pleasant. However, I had to dock a star today because the quality of the filled donut I bought was pretty poor. The outside was a bit uneven and crispy and the frosting was just crumbly. There was a decorated rainbow donut in the case and it barely resembled a rainbow! Maybe they got a new baker? Anyway, I hope the quality improves because this has always been my go-to donut shop!
