RibCrib BBQ — Restaurant in Tulsa

My friends an I came here for lunch today,, this location all three of us have came to on multiple occasions but this time around it was terrible. Our waitress had short blonde hair and she wore glasses, I believe her name is Christy.

One of my friends and I split an order of the wings and all three of us ordered dyno sticks.

Both of my friends asked for two orders of the dyno stick and I asked for one.

The entire time we were there waiting on our food which seemed like forever, she never came back to the table to ask us if we needed anything, if we needed refills.. nothing!

We then had to catch her and ask for our tickets after she helped everyone else around us that came in after us. When we told her how our tickets were supposed to be she got an attitude and snippy. She looked me in my face and told me that I asked for two orders of dyno sticks when I in fact asked for one. The she proceeded to have an attitude with use about the tip that we decided to leave her for how she acted.

I'm not sure if she was having a bad day today or what but being rude and snobby to customers is not the way to go about it and had she been nicer and more attentive she would have gotten a better tip than what she did.

We enjoy coming to rib crib to eat and have a great time but we probably wont be back to this location...

A great meal at a fairly decent price. My guy had the two meat lunch special (he had pulled pork and brisket) and a regular iced tea. I also had the two meat lunch special (with pulled pork and roast chicken because I can't seem to go a day without my portion of poultry!) The chicken was incredibly moist and flavorful; probably the best I've had since we owned our own bbq place. The pulled pork was also good but not nearly as impressive as the chicken. The okra and baked beans were as delicious as usual. My only issue was with my peach iced tea. The waitress inexplicably stuck a lemon wedge on the side of the neat little take away cup; the lemon completely overpowered the taste of the peach and left an unpleasant taste in the mouth. My biggest issue was with the overall borderline slovenly appearance of the waitress. Please wear jeans that are not stretched out or sagging (they were both) when you are waiting tables. I was a hostess for years and my tip jar was ALWAYS full. I get that Rib Crib is a relaxed atmosphere but please dress like you care about how your customers view you! Went here with my family on the 10th of November, around 730pm. I had called ahead to see the wait times and the woman who answered the phone was very responsive, but did hang up before taking my name. When we arrived at the establishment, the receptionist was doing a very good job on handling the other customers and quickly guided my party to our table. While we were waiting to be seated, there was no bartender at the bar, and other customers stating they had been waiting 30 minutes without any service at the bar. Our server was Victor. Victor was very slow, took a long time to even get our drink orders, never checked on us during the meal when 2 out of 3 rib servings were cold, and did not provide silverware until we asked a second time. Management was also nowhere to be found, not helping with coverage. But the food was absolutely amazing.
