I ate at the Pizza Hut in my state. Tulsa, Oklahoma on yesterday. May 2nd 2025 upon ordering. I was not informed that there was not a delivery driver. My order was then routed to DoorDash, which the restaurant gave the wrong address and contact information for me. When calling DoorDash to see if they had an order for me they refused and said they did not. I reached out to the store 5 different times and spoke with Terry. At the 19th in Harvard location, she assured me. When reiterating the address each call that she gave them the correct information, the driver Who was first sent out? Went to the wrong location because they gave them the wrong address. Upon finding out that she gave them the wrong address. She ressent the order to DoorDash without remaking the food an hour and 30 minutes later and sent me cold food when the driver told me that the food was not in a warm bag. As Terry had assured me when I made my final call to her at 1:30 AM I called the store. She was still there and asked her if I could refuse the order or get A. Refund She told me I could not because the driver already has the food and if I didn't pay for it, I couldn't order any longer. She reassured me that Daryl would be able to refund me in the morning with my receipt for the food. When I called at 135 and received the food it was cold. I got in my vehicle to drive it back to the store knowing they were closed but Terry was still answering the phone. She told me that I could not return the food and I would have to talk to Daryl in the morning when talking to Daryl and telling him what Terry assured me he told me that I would have to have the food with me after driving 30 minutes to the store. To get a refund, I drove all the way back to awasa Oklahoma to grab the pizza to bring it back to them. Which was not the terms of my refund on yesterday. That Terry promised me. I am out of $23.06. I spend hundreds of dollars a month at this store. Daryl and Terry, both are very unprofessional and very inconsiderate of time. And money stint, they act as if $23.06 is going to make or break the store when I asked Terry, if the store was closed. How would she get the money from the DoorDash driver? She told me that DoorDash would pay the store at the end of the month. I said, so, why does it make such a big difference? If you cancel the order and I'm paying with cash. She reiterated that she could not do that. So I paid $23 and an unnecessary tip for cold stale food, and now I cannot even receive the reimbursement that I was promised on yesterday. After 3 different attempts of trying to call and being placed on hold for approximately 16-18 min each call I finally was able to reach someone. After doing so, they young woman said it would be another hour I had to wait to get my pizza corrected. I waited in totality after speaking with the woman another hour and a half with no pizza. I called again and someone else answers after 4 attempts and she checked the delivery status and said it was out for delivery and should be there any minute and call back AGAIN if it isnāt there in 15 min. Another 30 min goes by and I call and a man there says they canceled my order because I swore at the young lady. This is FALSE. It makes no sense. Did she know I was frustrated and upset ? Yes. Did I tell her Iād been trying to get my pizza for over 3 1/2 hours, yes. Never, ever did I swear at her. I surmise they never re-ordered my pizza after it was delivered incorrectly. So, the excuse was, you swore at our employee. Iāve been using this exact Pizza Hut for many many years with a delivery issue very rarely. To be accused of swearing at the young lady was ridiculous. It never happened. Why would she tell me it would be at my home in 15 min if I was swearing at her and tell me to call back if itās not there in that time frame. Absolute terrible customer service and I believe my pizza was never reordered and they never expected me to follow up on my reorder because the process was absurd. Last night was the worst customer service Iāve EVER experienced in Tulsa. To wait 3 1/2 hours for an incorrect pizza delivery to be corrected and then be accused of swearing at the employee is incomprehensible. I admit I was frustrated but I never swore at her. The absolute worst experience ever and the employees could have cared less. So disappointing as Pizza Hut as always been our familyās favorite pizza place...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTwice in a row, I got shafted on ingredients. 1st I paid 15.00, $15!! for 16 breaded wings nearly $1 per nuggett. Outrageous! But to make unbearable, they had almost no sauce on them. I mean I ordered them with sauce and they were almost completely dry. At $1 per nugget, why are you so stingy with the sauce?? I mean, I literally couldn't finish them baecause they were dry. The only reason I would dare to pay that ridiculous price was because I wanted the sauce! So, I called to complain and got a credit. Sweet! But still terrible. When I called a couple of days later to get a pizza, I ordered Super Supreme. they gave me a pizza that was what?? the SAME thing, Dry!! I mean dry! hardly no sauce, hardly no toppings. Again the cost was $15! I literally should have just ordered a dry pizza crust with NO sauce and NO toppings, because that's what I got. I'm done with Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut use to be a descent place to get a pizza but NOT NO MORE! This place puts out dry food with very little ingredienrts. You know what I say? Pizza Hut did me a FAVOR. ha! No more outrageosly ridiculously high priced DRY food for me! Not from Pizza Hut. Let them keep there sauce! and let them KEEP their toppings. Next time I will go somewhere else. There are PLENTY of other places to get food. Personally, I hope they go out...
