QuikTrip — Restaurant in Tulsa

In general I like QT. This location is the closest to where I live. I always pick up the largest cold sprite they have in their cold case. I went in today with a very upset stomach hoping to grab a large sprite and get on my way. They removed this product from the case and there was only one attendant. I saw their head poke out once early on and then I couldn’t find them again. By the time I saw them again they were headed for the register as they had 4 or so people standing around. I ended up just leaving and driving an extra 2 miles to another QT to run into the same problem. Finally I found an employee who found the product I needed in the back (employee entry) of the cold case.

All in all it’s minor and I’m being particular, but I don’t understand completely removing sprite 1liter bottles from the cold...

I love quiktrip, always have. Today was the worst experience I've ever had at one. Order a simple biscuit and gravy and grab a couple drinks, pay and then wait for my food. Store had few people in it so waited patiently. After the store was 100% clear of customer still no one had stepped behind the counter to make the food. Then the decide to joke around and handle other apparently more important issues like waving the long cutting board around like a toy. When I finally had enough and asked for my money back there was no offer of a solution no apology no nothing. It was quite obvious my time, my money, and my business was not valuable enough to be professional. Let hope immediate management fixes the issue before...

I ordered a pretzel and paid for it, but none of the employees felt bothered to actually make it. I stood around for like 10 minutes waiting for someone to get behind the counter and make me the thing I paid for, and even asked the cashier if anyone was around to make it, to which he said there was (though he sounded doubtful). After more waiting I got sick of it and realized that there wasn't anyone who was actually going to make it so I just left. I have never had to wait even close to that long for a pretzel at other Quiktrips. Dreadful place, I definitely recommend going to a store where the employees actually care about...
