Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Tulsa

Used to be good, going downhill. Went there today @9:50am, ordered two breakfasts meals both with hash browns one with coffee. Specifically asked if cream and sugar came on the side, lady said yes. Also ordered a yogurt parfait extra on the side. When I got to the window the male employee was yelling angrily at someone saying “another coffee!” Then mumbled under his breath, he seemed pissed, He repeated my order incorrectly, he said one of my orders was with a coffee and a yogurt parfait. I tried to inform him the parfait wasn’t the side for the meal, that the hashbrowns were, and he cut me off being nice/rude at the same time, acting like I’m an idiot. He said that’s exactly what I just told you, coffee and hashbrowns with a yogurt parfait, and I said no you didn’t I just want to make sure it comes right but ok. And he cut me off again, anyways, he gave me my food, i waited for my coffee I asked him if cream and sugar was in the bag and he said you didn’t tell anyone you wanted cream and sugar, I told him that I asked the person who took my order if cream and sugar came on the side and she said yes, then he cut back at me saying he wasn’t told that. I checked my bag and a hashbrown was In fact missing. So I told him about the hashbrown he asked someone for it, the lady who was giving him the hashbrown seemed truly terrified of the guy, i think she was who he yelled at for the coffee. He gave me some cream and sugar, it wasn’t enough but he was very rude so I didn’t ask him for more, I also wanted some ketchup but I did not want to ask him anything else because he was very rude. By the way, no one said my pleasure, cheesy I know but these are the reasons we go to Chick fil a over McDonald’s, and reasors over Walmart, to be treated like a customer. And normally they ask you if you want condiments. Anyways, won’t ever be going here again, the Chick fil a on Lynn lane and 71st is where I usually go, so that’s where I will...

I come here from time to time. The young workers are always really sweet to me. Sometimes I get the wrong order but the young workers are always graceful in correcting the mistake.

Today I came and asked for a market salad with no chicken and add an egg. I received the salad but I wanted more fruit for the price I paid. The manager came out to the drive thru and explained to me the amount of fruit that was on the salad was the standard amount and I would have to pay for extra if I wanted extra. I understood, so I asked for a smaller salad with extra fruit and blue cheese. The manager agreed and asked the kitchen to make my request.

Unfortunately, I was given a a side salad with a few strawberries, a few blueberries, and an egg. This message is not to criticize at all. It is to help the store and the customer who is looking to grab a fresh fruit garden salad with no meat.

My advice to that person is to back pull of the drive thru, go to the grocery store and make your fruit salad, don’t try to pay the convenience fee. Make time for yourself and value your own dollar; because you will value your own dollar better than anyone else. To the store, thank you for your service. And lastly to Chick-fil-a, maybe consider adding more fruit on your salad for the folks that would prefer a just veggies and fruit sometimes, without it costing more to have the equivalent of a chicken salad.

I will make more time for myself and make my own salads before coming back.

Me and my Husband came through the line around about 4:30pm 1/19/23 not sure of exact time, he waved in the air ( for us to come right) cause I’m guessing the left lane was closing I had our windows rolled up and as I got closer to him I let mine down he was an older man probably late 40s height about 5’10 red hair reddish beard when he speaks he sounds like an ex-cop that was let go for some foul play we are AA in a luxury vehicle by the way so we order and my husband has some questions about the spicy chicken sandwich he answered very harshly and cold and corrected my husband as If he was unintelligent and less than a human being I ordered a sunjoy he said sweet tea and I’m like no a sunjoy and he did the same to me as if he was looking for some type of issue he was so miserable working there and he doesn’t need to be there at all we ordered 2 deluxe grilled chicken sandwich meals large so that means everything comes large including the drinks husbands was a large lemonade light ice and mine was the sun joy with light ice and I ordered a 6piece nugget with the signature Chick-fil-A sauce as he rings the order up he tells us our total we have cash he tells us to pull around and don’t hit the cones! Then we pull around and a really nice beautiful lady with pig tails and braids at the end helped us she brought the food and the lemonade was wrong size she changed it nicely she needs a promotion and 15$ raise she was excellent! As for that gentleman who was racist bigot took the order and he messed up the order it didn’t have my nuggets ME AND MAN HUSBAND...
