Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Tulsa

I was extremely disappointed with my recent Chipotle experience. There were bugs in my bowl. I ordered online and had my boyfriend pick it up and bring it home. I opened it and immediately noticed a smaller but not tiny black bug crawling up out of my lettuce. I wish I had taken pictures but I freaked out when I saw it and threw it away. I contacted chipotle customer service to get a FULL refund. There was no way I was eating the chips and guacamole I also got after seeing that. They also forgot my drink which I was going to let go until I saw that disgusting bug in my food that I paid $25 for. The best they could offer me was 2 free entrees. I told the woman she is crazy if she thinks I would ever eat there again and asked for a complete refund. They only offered me $14 back. Something like this is absolutely unacceptable and pure disgusting. I also wrote an email to Chipotle Feedback which says they respond quicker there but I have yet to receive a reply. The bag was folded up, bowl tightly closed before it was opened. There is absolutely no way it got in my bowl other than being in the Chipotle kitchen. I will never eat here again in my life. The portion size is really small at this location. They took one scoop of rice and tried to spread it out with the spoon to make it look like more rice when the standard at other places usually two scoops of rice. They give half a scoop of chicken on the chicken bowls And if you ask for any extra, they catch an attitude and tell you that they’re gonna charge you double for a normal portion size. The service wasn’t very friendly and, had the children not been so hungry, I would’ve canceled my entire order. Chipotle in general is really good. Chips were very stale. Food was in between room temperature and cold. Steak was soggy and not tender at all. I hate being the 1 star guy but if I don’t leave an honest review customers will be introduced a lie. Please improve and also the portions are very small with what you guys charge.
