0 stars without hesitation. I’m not a fan of reviewing any place of business low stars, but I can’t help it with this one. I pull and notice no cars in drive thru or parking lot. Not always a bad thing. However I go inside, start to order and barely can hear the cashier from all the mumbling. Only 2 people in the entire restaurant, although I barely saw the cook. I ordered at the front and she had to go to the window register to put in the order and come back for the second part of my order. All the chicken was already cooked and sitting under the light for no telling how long. She never even gave us options for spicy or mild. I asked what sides did they have and she looked back at the menu like I wasn’t trying to find them on the same menu!
I finally get my food and ask where the cups for the drinks are and she said my “combo” doesn’t come with a drink. So I show her on the same menu that it says large drink, which she then replies “I gave you the $5.99 meal.” (Which is not what I requested) didn’t matter about the cup anyways because there is no refills using their machine. Also, half of the restaurant was closed off due to “upgrades or maintenance” and the other half was filthy. The seats are torn and dirty, the tables didn’t seem to know what soap and water was, and surprise surprise the bathrooms are open to the public. Apparently, they aren’t open to customers either as my employee had to run to Arbys for the restroom. Needless to say we didn’t stay and eat the lukewarm food but left and definitely not coming back.

Read moreThis isn't my first bad experience here, just my first bad review. Today my husband went to the drive thru. He stated the order clearly and the person said "whaatt" then he repeated it and then she said "okay pull up to the window." So he gets to the window, and she says "what was your order?" 🤦♀️.. He repeated it again, and there were some more issues, but the most notable is when she said "we only have spicy" which is what he already asked for 3 times 🙃. After the line got clogged up another employee (manager?) came to try and resolve the situation. She offered a free sandwich and while my busband was checking the order she asked if everything was good, but our $2 gravy was missing. There was already a gravy discussion at the window ordering stage since they rang it up as white rather than brown. Soooo then he gets home and the biscuits were missing (my favorite 🥲) and this is the 3rd time they left them out despite the heavy emphasis we put on biscuits while ordering. Also, the chicken sandwich was pink in the middle... Otherwise, the food was pretty good despite the fact that we've only found 1 piece of somewhat spicy chicken after eating 5. The last thing, I know it's not their fault, but I want to warn y'all that every time we go here there are homeless people and addicts that roam around the cars in the drive thru. It's extremely...
