Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Tulsa

Being totally honest, I have nothing to gain by not being so. It was a horrible experience. It was approximately 1pm and the manager on duty waited on me. She did not have a name tag.

It was terrible service. I walked in and there was no one in front of me. She glanced and saw me, never said I will be with u soon. She was taking and preparing drive thru orders. She served one drive thru order, and took 2 more new drive thru orders while I continued to wait. I heard her on the headphones may I take your order please. She prepared them, and still never said Sir I will assist you in a minute.

In the meantime a gentleman walked in. We both stood waiting. She saw him said are you here for a door dash. He said yes. She completed a order for the drive thru, took the money and came back to the front desk. She told him I don't have any door dash orders, are u sure.. I said excuse me, I was here 4 minutes before him. She said I am just asking him questions.

After literally in the store 7 minutes, she said, what do you want? Poor customer service. What happened to may I help you? She fix my order and took my money. Never said thank you. Never!!!

I specifically asked for 3 spicy legs. When I got in the car and drove off and started eating, they were not spicy. Unbelievable!!!

This statement is honest and true of my experience. Absolutely pathetic service. I know they are told to prioritize drive thru. Whatever! I know they are told to prioritize door dash. Whatever again! That is no reason to penalize the walk in customer by putting customers before them even though they were clearly after them.

I showed up a little under 10am without realizing it to buy some food. I Went to open the doors, still locked but two church's restaurant employees vehicles was parked out in the parking lot. No big deal, I'll just wait a little pass 10am to try again this time. So I did just that. I went back to my car and Waited till about 15 minutes "PAST" 10am or more, to try to go inside again. There doors was still locked and I know they seen me from the inside trying to come in but they just ignored me & would not open the doors. This church's chicken location and there employees is garbage. You open at 10am. How do you see a customer? wanting to come in and buy food and still have the doors locked?? 15 minutes Past your opening hours??. I had to end up going to the Mexican food restaurant across the street for something to eat cause they wouldn't service me. The area is raggedy and ran down, and There employees there are unprofessional, rude and ghetto. I'm going to make sure there corporate office knows about this. I would rather drive way across town for some church's chicken than come back to this garbage church's chicken restaurant location ever again, that's a lot closer to me. That's how bad this place is. How this place has any single one good review? Let alone many is beyond me. They have to be paying these ppl for these good reviews? Cause ain't...

I noticed how clean it looked upon entering. There were 2 women and a guy talking, as I walked to the counter (1 at drive-thru), but no one acknowledged that I was standing there waiting to order. The manager looked me up and down a few times then left to get a trash bag, but STILL didn't say anything. The dude walked off, and the lady in drive-thru looked my way a few times then finally said, "I'll be witchu in a minute." However, the manager came back with a huge trash bag, while talking to another employee who'd come to the front. She proceeded to open the bag and continued on with her convo. Meanwhile, I'm still just standing there and waiting for someone to take my order. I pulled out my phone to find the reward I was using, and was finally addressed by the manager (wait time was at least 6-10 min. & I was the ONLY person at the counter). While she was preparing what I'd ordered, I noticed the guy from earlier just standing there, to the left of me (they have Bodyguards at Church's now?🤔). There was NO decorum, NO greeting, NO welcome, NO thank you, NO "come back"-just straight up Attitude, UNProfessionalism, and Rudeness! The food was definitely NOT fresh and the pepper was even Mushy! You don't want My business? Cool, because I will NEVER patronize this location again!!!!
