Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Tulsa

This location has the best pizza in Tulsa,probably because it has the best manager in town named Darren. For some reason the East-side local Domino's stores (I have done business with) seem to have a lot of problems keeping capable managers;so hopefully the owner will keep this guy around for awhile.

Especially after dealing with a previous manager Enrique' who not only lost my business.but was banned from my place of business for being rude and dumping his trash from Taco Bueno in the parking lot.

I don't understand what good it does to spend millions on advertising campaigns and changing recipes when most of the time the managers /staff are running off the business by being rude and insulting,or don't even know their own corporate pizza specials.

Luckily for the pizza lovers in the east-side Tulsa area we have Darren and his WELL TRAINED crew to take care of us and our pizza cravings!

Almost every Saturday we order 3 of the Medium $6.00 pizza's,and we actually look forward to the experience;although I find it interesting that Domino's has the only pepperoni pizza I enjoy eating. Probably because it does not have puddles of grease in the middle of every pepperoni slice like Mazzio's does. Plus it's a pretty good deal for the money at 3 for $22.00 with Tax+delivery included.

Hat's off to the ownership here for giving us a manager who cares to bring us the best...

We ordered a pizza to be delivered from the 31st/Garnett store. They were almost an hour late so I pulled up the tracker to check the timeline and it showed that our pizza had already been delivered.

I called the store to inquire the reason the tracker showed that our pizza had arrived and the employee stated that the pizza was dispatched incorrectly and it was on the way. I explained that it was already over an hour late and asked what they were going to do to make it right and he offered me a free drink. I stated that it was not acceptable and they should offer a complimentary pizza.

The employee explained that he was not authorized to make that happen so I told him he could cancel the order and I would take my business somewhere else. It is a shame that he was not smart enough to get a manager or "authorized" person on the phone who could make everything right for us.

Unacceptable! I will never order from this...

I had a carry out order at the window. They put on extra things that I did not order. I explained kindly if they could be removed and the guy at the drive-through window needed help. He went several times to the manager and the manager failed to come over and help him at the window, even though this was a frustrating situation. I would like to admit the customer service by the employee Jordan in the window Was outstanding with what he had to deal with and with failed help from management he ended up doing everything on his own and working through the problem to make sure that he provided excellent customer service. I wish there were more employees like this even when management sucked. This employee was thrown out there and had to do everything on his own and I would highly recommend anyone hiring him and he’s probably the best thing at...
