Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Tulsa

UPDATE 10/3/23: I will probably never go back to this location. Its been a couple years since I was there, and tonight I was sitting in the drive thru for 15 min before getting to the speaker, then was told "I'll be with you in a minute". 13 minutes later a different person got on the speaker. I told her I had a mobile order for drive thru pick up. She promptly told me to pull around and come inside because it would be SO much faster. So I did, and pulled up by the door. My daughter asked about our order. The guy behind the counter looked up and asked, "that your car?" She said yeah, he said "move it". Once I pulled into a parking space, he said "ok, ill get your food in a minute "..went to go do other things. 5 minutes longer.. hands us food. Then another 5 minutes to get the drinks, and the lemonade my daughter got was watery. We watched him be rude to several customers while waiting. We drive off, and I reach in the bag, fries are cold. Not 10min wait warm, these were chewy and cold. Burgers were warm, but not hot as expected. So, cold food, a total of 40minutes from pull in to pull out, rude, at least 6 employees inside. There is no excuse for this. Just bad.

OLD REVIEW 2018: This location was not very clean, and while it was late night and not very busy, no condiment cups, no napkins, dirty tables, and staff very disorganized. Do not go to this location at night. They have horrible management and unprofessional employees with horrible attitudes, rude speech, and no customer service. I deliver for doordash and I waited for 2 hours for an order that I never received. Upon entering the store I was told it would be a while. They were busy, so that's understandable. After about 40 min I asked about the order and was told by the manager that the order was far down the list, all the while, people were coming in behind me, ordering, and leaving with their food. After another 30 min, I asked the manager about the order again and was told they couldn't find the order in the system. So I left to drop off a different order and contacted doordash, under the impression at this point the order would be cancelled. Doordash called Jack in the Box, JITB told them they had the order and it was ready to be picked up. So doordash told me I could go get it (which I did not expect to hear). I walked inside to find no one behind the counter at all. When someone finally did come, the employee basically said she didn't have the order, they weren't going to give it to me, and someone else could pick it up. The manager at this point was no where in sight. Apparently, according to the very rude employee, they were short staffed so somehow it was my fault that they couldn't make 2 cheeseburgers. The customer was very upset and I will not be returning to this...

Got here a little after midnight for an Uber Eats order. Had to sit in the line for half an hour because the lobby was closed. When I finally got to the speaker, the woman had a very bad attitude. Before I could add that I wanted to get an Oreo shake for myself, the woman rudely told me just to pull forward, which I did. But the order wasn't brought out. I just went back to the line, just went straight to the window to avoid the lady talking. The guy who I could only assume was a manager told me that they don't have the name/order of the gentleman I was picking up for on their screen. To which he said that all I could do was get back in line. When I mentioned the name at the speaker the first time, no one said the name wasn't there. They treated it like they had the order ready. So I'm convinced they must've deleted it. A minute later, he asked what the order was. Not only did I tell him, but also showed him from my phone. They made the two meals, handing the boxes to me (most professional establishments have bags, especially for delivery), and forgot the drinks until I reminded him. Since I couldn't open the boxes due to it not being my food, I couldnt check that everything was there. But long story short, they just completely disregarded the seven jalapeno poppers. Very disappointed! You couldn't pay me to go their again, delivery or not. That was a total nightmare. They barely...
