Zero stars. I'm so sad I had a bad experience here because the products are very cute and this was my first time shopping at this store, really wanted to give it a shot but this is bad. I am renovating an RV to live in that will be featured in a local commercial and was planning to decorate with World Market products as that is the style I am going for. All was fine until I made an in-store order. I saw a papasan cushion I wanted to purchase but they would not sell me the floor display because there was one in stock (In Virginia which apparently is the closest distribution center to OK?!) and they have to sell whats in stock before they can sell displays, understandable. So I place the order for the cushion and plan to wait for it to come in, but I was in the store literally THE next day to buy something else and noticed they had sold the floor display to someone else already [frustration]. I was originally told it would arrive in a week, it didn't. Then it would arrive in two weeks, it still didn't. So I called today to see if it had come yet, and spoke to the "logistics manager" or whoever she is, said she would go look in storage to see if it came on the truck yesterday and call me right back... never heard back so I drove over there on my lunch break to find out what was going on and she was helping set up displays in the front! Not looking for my chair. When I asked where my cushion was and why she never called back she was very rude to me and just spouted off company policy rather than trying to work with me to resolve the issue, listing off excuse after excuse as to why my cushion was not located. I even told them that I could have gone somewhere else to buy this but I wanted to honor the fact that I ordered it from them, and she agreed that I could go somewhere else to buy it! Then as I was leaving she was making sarcastic comments at me as I turned and walked out the door. I still do not have my cushion. Bye bye World Market you just lost a paying customer and trust me, I will not be recommending anyone shop with you. Cute products do not compensate for treating customers horrible. I would have been completely understanding if the employee had not been so rude to me. That employee is costing the Tulsa location sales.
UPDATE: I still did not hear back about my order today so I called the store and they informed me that they ran out of stock at the distribution center and are now selling me the display from a store in Plano Texas. They wouldn't sell me the display from the store in Tulsa 3 weeks ago but they will do every thing to piss me off and then sell me the display from the store in Plano....
Read moreI usually love this store until the day I decided to do a in store customer order. The only reason I even did this in the first place was because the furniture associate refused to sell me the floor model (understandable, not that big of a deal) went ahead and ordered the papasan chair base and bought the cushion that day, was told that my order would take 7-14 days to arrive. (Order was recieved on Saturday) received a call Monday from the furniture associate telling me they recieved a shipment and one would be held for me, no specific day to pick up, I mentioned Friday but explained that it could be Saturday, he told me no worries since I have an order #, went in to pick the base up the following Saturday (so 7 days later) just to be told that my base was sold...I told them that would be okay but they should work something out with me and go ahead and sell me the floor model base...then they tell me that they sold the floor model....ummm wasn’t the whole reason for my customer order for the base was BECAUSE you couldn’t sell the floor model? Then they refer me to a manager. She tells me that there’s nothing they can do, and to wait until their furniture associate comes in at 3:30 (this happened roughly around noon) I then ask why I couldn’t have just purchased the floor model in the first place to avoid this huge mess since they sold my order, ask for some sort of correction to this mistake to be met with an attitude and then lying...the story then changes and the chair is gone because a kid “broke it to pieces” seriously? You can’t just own up to the fact that y’all screwed up and offer me any sort of compromise at all for expecting me to make a third trip? That place is a joke when it comes to big purchases. Just go to a place that actually knows how to take care of peoples custom orders instead of a wannabe earthbound trying too hard....

We were running around a work associate of my other half helping him get settled in a new apartment so he could go to work the next day. We had a small window to wait, so my partner took me there. I found some chocolate liqueur candy that my daughter in law had sent us for Giftmas last year! They were awesome, however, only available HERE in liquor stores during the holidays. However, they have them at this store all year long! Plus, they are, my favorite is the chocolate kahlua liqueur filled candy. Awesome tasting! There is brandy, J8m Beam, Wild Turkey, Contreau, Famouse Grouse and many more! Then I found another brand VSC Chocolats with Grand Marinia, Sauza, and Remy Martin. There are others as well. Their natural stone jewelry selections are great as well! I make and design jewelry, however, I am a make and design jeweler myself. Their stuff is factory made. However, I am just one person and can't make my jewelry as inexpensive as their stuff is. The one draw back is I am in America, not in Taiwan or China.
