Kupcakz Bakery — Restaurant in Tulsa

For Keto people, especially those that have spent more than a few months without carbs and sweets, you will definitely appreciate their line of cupcakes and cookies. You will have to go with a few friends and cut up the cupcakes to find out which one is your favorite. It is pricey and keto cupcakes are definitely smaller and less embellished than the rest, but they make up some of that with flavor. This would be something to indulge in maybe 1 to 2 times a months. My score is really 4.5, because it takes forever to earn rewards, and (I have bought many and haven't earned one to this date) the cost. There are no deals if you buy a pack of 4, 6 or 12. You can seldom get a sample before you invest, so that is why I suggest this as group outing. This way you can make tasting discovery fun...

It's nice they offer a Keto option, but they have very poor communication. We asked if we could place an order a couple of weeks ago for pickup of keto cupcakes and they said, “oh you don’t need to do that we make all our regular flavors every day.” So we waited until the day we needed them and came in and they most certainly did not have all their normal flavors in keto variety. When we asked if we could get a flavor made they said they wouldn’t have the ingredients to do.

So which is it, do you offer your regular cupcake flavors in keto recipes every day? Or do you only make a select few recipes for keto cupcakes every week? Very poor communication and misleading.

This was for a birthday and due to your poor communication we could not provide a treat for our diabetic family member...

Kupcakz is a truly exceptional place. The cupcakes are always innovative and absolutely delicious! I love that they are always striving to roll out new goodies but continue to provide the Tulsa area with the great classics they’re known for (looking at you lemon drop). Their Facebook is so wonderful as they are always seeking customer engagement. As if all of this weren’t enough, the employees are always excellent examples of superb customer service. Every time I go in I am greeted by an employee that is cheerful, courteous and eager to help you make what seems to be some impossible decisions among menu selections.
