I gotta be honest, the one thing I’m learning about T-town is, you don’t need to be a brick and mortar to have fantastic food. I drive by this food truck all the time on the way to get, quite possibly, the best Mexican food in Tulsa, LA COSHI, (another food truck) and after sub-par, after sub-par med food experiences, decided to give shawarma street a shake. I wasn’t disappointed. I’m not sure if they have an actual spit, off to the side, with glorious rotating meats, or if it’s all done on flat top, but the pita burrito I get on the back end makes my taste buds sing!
