Wouldn't recommend. First of all, it was a communication issue, the other lady did not willing to write or type the note via our smartphones when I ordered was the "#5 with Cabez please do not put beans. and #3 with lengua." She didn't handwriting instead spoke with me. Honestly, I'm deaf and cannot read their lips. I thought she was pretty understandable when she read... I was wrong. Second, I found out my order was wrong after coming, and I asked my boyfriend to exchange our orders, then he came to me and told me everything. That was a pretty long story, that I summarized that I explained it to the other lady, but seemed refused to be willing to work with me to solve the problem. I requested her to refund my money back because of their fault who did not read my order which of #5 and #3, but I never mentioned "tacos." They had also refused to refund my money back. Wait, My boyfriend and I didn't eat our orders that we recently found out. Last time, I had no problem with the previous lady who worked there since 2017. I used to love this fast truck— unfortunately, I have to find another fast truck who more deaf-friendly. I felt lost completely and a bit disappointed.
This was the first time for happened that I went through— There are only two disadvantages that I am disappointed in.
They are not DEAF and DISABILITY friendly when they probably will not be willing to write a note down. It is only communication issues.
They will not refund anyone else's money unless you would request only you DO NOT eat them yet. if There's only you have to find out the wrong foods as your order.
Tomorrow I will bring my boyfriend to my bank and I will have no choice to fill a dispute complaint which is not enough to satisfy. I will not come back. I'm going to hunt where is Taco King...
Read moreWell, we just left there. When we pulled up the female order taker seemed to be waiting on a male customer. That conversation went on and on. I thought it was a big order. Then she was giving him money which seemed to be way more than if making change. Then he noticed us (again) behind him and he stepped to the side so we could step up and order. The female order taker said something to him and he replied - both in Spanish and the looked at us and then laughed. So as he stepped away from the window I stepped up and now face-to-face with the employee. She just slid the window, actually slammed the window right in my face. As we then turned and got back in our vehicle, the male stepped back up to the window where they hand out the finished orders and they resumed their conversation. Now we have gone there many, many times before ever since they opened and never had any problems with food or service. I will never go back there. Restaurants and food trucks need to understand that any and every time someone patronizes their establishment that person is splurging. Eating out is not a necessity. So we just went home and now...
Read moreIt was my first time trying this place, and it was delicious! My boyfriend has been going here for over a year, and I asked him to take me to his favorite taco truck in town, which turned out to be this one. I had the sopes, and he had the chimichanga. The sopes were full of flavor, and what I really liked was that when I picked it up, it didn’t fall apart. I was able to enjoy every bite. The chicken chimichanga had the perfect flavor and was crispy. If you’re looking for a sweet treat, the horchata is definitely worth trying too! The location is convenient with plenty of parking, and I love that they have outdoor seating so you can enjoy your meal in the fresh air.
When it comes to Mexican food, I’m a bit picky because it’s part of my culture and the food I grew up with—and let’s be real, moms always make it best. But when my mom is in another state, I definitely seek out good Mexican food and make a note of my favorite spots. This place will definitely be one of those.
A few other items my boyfriend recommends are the chorizo burrito, carne asada fries, and the chips and salsa. I’ll be...
