Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tulsa

This location by 61st and Mingo is very lacking. I come here a lot cause it's close to work and my order is right maybe 30% of the time and the staff is very unprofessional. In the last 2 week along I have been told I can't order red sauce with anything during breakfast hours and lied to when I asked for cinnabons with the person telling me they weren't aloud to sell them anymore for legal issues. I believe the employee did not feel like using the fryer and that's it because I immediately went to 71st and memorial and ordered some. With the employees there telling me they haven't heard of such a thing. Then tonight I went inside and ordered my food and 15 or so minutes later was giving my food done wrong. I told them and they re did it and it was wrong again. I could then hear the irritated comments from the back. When I finally got my food done correctly it was not even wrapped. Much like the times it wasn't wrapped when the order was made wrong the first 2 times. The "Correct" food was very underwhelming. I ordered potatoes on my chalupa and was given approximately 5 pieces of potatoes. The rest of the food was similar. I was no apologized to for the wait or poor service and was looked at disapprovingly. I should have just asked for a refund and been on my way. Entirely unprofessional. Employees always take forever to answer the counter and they weren’t even sure if they take cash. Often times they’ll ask you multiple times to repeat your order and still will get it wrong.

Today my dad went up there for us. The order was simple. One chipotle ranch chicken burrito, one bean burrito and two soft tacos. He calls me about 20 minutes after leaving the house to tell me that we have to eat somewhere else because there was a delivery truck blocking the drive through and that they refused to acknowledge him at the counter. After waiting about 15 minutes, an employee came to the counter to give someone else their food and completely ignored my dad. As the employee walked away, my dad yelled “hello!” to no avail. Not even a simple “well be with you shortly”.

We will be finding a different location with better reviews since copy and pasting orders from a screen is too much for these bums to handle.

Edit: I came here again for one more chance. They didn’t have any beans. They were out. Unacceptable will not be spending my money at any Taco Bell...

I went in and ordered thru the kiosk. I was charged on my card, but didn't proceed to the kitchen. The Kiosk froze. I went to the counter and asked for help. The manager on duty said that I would need to wait 2/3 days for money to be sent back to my card. I was a bit frustrated because I was hungry, and you could clearly see that the money had been taken off my card. The exact amount. Another lady was working and she was trying to assist me. She was going to go ahead and process my order and have Jennifer fix the mistake on their end. However the manager on duty try to argue with her. The worker actually went ahead and made my food. While I was sitting there eating the worker that fixed my food was taking out the trash, and I thanked her for her assistance because I knew as well as she knew that the manager on duty was not going to help me. It's crazy because Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to eat.
