My order was taken by managers one was in the drive thru the othr gave my food. I'm 50 years old in 5 mos mcdonds was my first job. We were trained to always greet the customer with a smile! Suggestive sell, thank the customer and ask them to return.. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED HERE..we have become accustomed to metocre service time we return to the old school way of doing business.. 1988: welcome to McDonald's drive thru take your time order when your ready. My visit today : may I help you. ...đłđł. 1988:after the customer placed the order we would repeat the order then suggest an additional item Or upsell.. since I ordered a small fry she should have said would u like to make it a large.
After I placed my order she gave me the total When I arrived at the window she did ask if I wanted ice in my cupđ.
She gave me my change I counted my change in front of her since she failed to count it back.

Read moreThis morning my son and I walked into McDonald's at 71st Street just east of Riverside in Tulsa. As I approached the counter, I slipped slightly and saw that the floor was completely covered in water, and there was no sign or cone in the area. I told the man behind the counter whom I assumed was the manager (white dress shirt and tie), "Excuse me, the floor is all wet and there's no warning of any kind. I have osteoporosis and arthritis and could have easily fallen and broken something." He acted like I was bothering him and said, "You need to tell THAT guy," and he pointed to a man in a dark uniform. The cone is right there!" as he pointed to a cone that was up against the exterior wall in the perfectly dry entry area on the other side of the double doors. The cone, which was white, was at least 20 feet from the area that was wet and was not obvious to people entering the store. I informed my son that we would be getting breakfast someplace where they cared about the safety of their customers, and I told the manager that we would not ever be retuning. (By the way, white is not a very noticeable color to use to warn...

So I call the restaurant and a young lady answers I asked to speak to the manager and she hangs up on me I call back two more times and then the third time the lady answers again and wants to know what do I want the manager for and I said well I've been sitting in your room for 15 minutes trying to wipe my ass and there's no toilet paper find the gentleman bracelets for toilet paper I go out to speak to the manager and place an order to go and the manager tells me that she just came on is there anything she can do for me and I said well it would have been nice if somebody would have not hung up on me when I called and then I called back two more times and nobody even answer the phone and then the first time I finally get some toilet paper and the lady turns around and walks away from me to go take a doordash customer just walked in like I haven't waited long enough for any customer service or toilet paper so I just turned around...
