They just remodeled this location and had the grand reopening in January.Things were good during that time, but slid back downhill really fast. The Sausage Egg McMuffins were great. Best ever. On sale too. Service was even good. So yesterday I went in to get another one. First, let me explain how this place is different now. They have installed 6 do it yourself menu boards. You do your own ordering then go up to the one and only register they have. (see photos) Well, now they only had ONE person *operating the register, *filling the orders, *getting the drinks, *fetching condiments, napkins and refills AND *running the orders. So most of the time she was back in the kitchen. It took about 10 minutes just to pay! It's absurd. It's at least a 2 person job that needs 2-3 registers to handle rushes. But hey, McD's has to cut costs somewhere to pay for expensive remodels and for the shareholder's bottom line. Of course they're going to be taking that from the workers hours & making us pay for it with decreased convenience. Now the other catches to all this are that they have eliminated the lobby drink station. That is also the place you used to be able to get your napkins and condiments. Now if you want any of that you have to wait at the counter until you can get someone to notice you and ask for napkins, salt, pepper, catsup, refills - while your food gets cold. So in the name of modern "convenience" (theirs) you now have to do your own work ordering and wait longer. I wonder when they are going to make us start cooking our own food. Oops. I didn't have to wait. Today I got a meal, and the burger was nice, hot and fresh, but the french fries were VERY undercooked and limp (see photo). They have had this problem for a long time and I have written them about it many times, but for whatever reason, they simply refuse to cook the fries long enough. It's not just that they are cold, they are just not getting cooked to their usual crispiness. So I had to take the order home that I had wanted to eat there just to put the fries in a frying pan and heat them up for 15 minutes, then microwave the burger. This is inexcusable to have to finish cooking your own food. I like my food fresh and I shouldn't have to wait that long to eat it. Fast food? Hah! I might as well go to a sit down restaurant. Oh, one last thing. You all need to recalibrate your automated drink dispenser. It always fills the water virtually all the way to the top so that when you go to drink it, there is overflow water in the lid that spills on you. If that does that with the soda also, that would be a mess. This used to be the best McDonald's in town, now it is the worst. The bad part is, there is no fixing a lot of this without another remodel.

I gotta admit, I was a bit surprised they would NOT take your order at the counter, at this location. I watched at least 4 different customers leave the store, due to the fact they were told to use the kiosk, just while we were waiting on our food. Luckily I was with my 75 yr old father, or he'd have gone without breakfast, just out of frustration! The big breakfast was not what I remembered, and there were limited options, to "customize" your order, at the kiosk. The scrambled eggs left a bit to be desired, but when you've been on a liquid diet, you'll eat about anything put in front of you. Lol. The place was clean, but probably because it feels like dining in, is actually discouraged. It was difficult to understand the person calling out the orders, as well; and she did not repeat what she said! I just went up to the counter, when I realized we were the only ones inside. Tho I had clicked "DINE IN", our food was put in a bag, and I still had to go back up to the counter, to ask for salt & pepper. I can understand being busy, but customer service left a LOT to be desired at this location this morning. Now I remember why I rarely eat at McDonald's; it's not worth the frustration and definitely not worth the COST!!

Good luck. My husband and I came here 4/8 and for some reason your attendees at the window don't like to answer for minutes (I should say hours) on end - ending up waiting in a drivespot for 30 minutes, called 4x and no answer, and a line of oh, 15 cars give or take. Finally someone answers. So things Finally start moving along but we've been here an hour and you can see everyone's frustrated. No signs, nothing. Couldn't get ahold of anyone. Absolutely insane. Shouldn't have had pay for anything honestly. Only reason I still go here is because the next one is miles away from my house. See and the thing is, the whole point of this pickup order is to be FASTER right?? Just like Walmart and Target, everyone else. They get the idea. Employees at the window were on their phones too. After making us wait so long. Nobody knew what they were doing clearly. Very unprofessional. And after reading multiple reviews down here, yall absolutely love to be inconsiderate about letting us know when yall close early or not. You're 24 hours and all but won't even bother to put a sign on a speaker or two??

Bad decision on pricing after speaking with the manager Jonathan. This was after waiting at the speaker for 6mins when there is only one car in the drive-through. Also the other drive-through lane had a car but during that 6mins that car was not helped either.

I wanted to order a basket of fries which is three dollars on the menu. They said they did not have the container with the basket came in. I said that was fine, I didn’t care about the container, I could just go ahead and take the same amount of fries and just put it in some other container. The manager Jonathan refuse that so he wanted me to pay $5.90 for the SAME amount of fries that I should’ve got for $3.00. This was an illogical decision by a manager; it seems to me he wasn’t using the smallest amount of common sense.

I was polite, I told them to cancel my order, I told the employee that I appreciated her time and I know she was just doing her job, but I would just speak with corporate about it. I don’t know if they care one bit. The truth is I left the drive-through hungry, I’m sure they didn’t care one bit, but I didn’t want to order there or pay DOUBLE the price for something for absolutely no...
