31st and Memorial location. It was nighttime, the guy at the first window was ok, although he talked like he was high or something. But the guy at the second window, Johnathon was extremely rude and wasn't even in uniform. I told the guy at the first window that my friend with be wanted fresh cookies, and when we got to the second window the cookies were not fresh, so I reminded Johnathon that she wanted fresh cookies and he got rude and asked us to pull up, although it was very late and there wasn't even anyone behind us. Your not supposed to park cars that late, but I told him since we had to now wait longer could be please throw in an extra one for waiting when they were told from the beginning that she wanted them fresh, he got an attitude and said he couldn't do that and I asked why not when it was their fault we were waiting longer and if he had done that in the first place they would have been ready and we would have been gone already. He walked away, came back shortly later and gave us the cookies. My friend opened the cookies as we were pulling out and they weren't even done, they were all gooey in the middle. I told her just call because obviously these guys are not going to do things right. So she called a manager the next day who said they were going to leave her name and she could go get a free meal. But when I took her there that day, the manager on duty said he knew nothing about it and refused to honor it and told her she would just have to come back later. I told her forget it, it's not even worth it anymore, we will just drive to a different McDonald's from now on, I'm not wasting my diesel chasing down a free meal and dealing with rude people. It's just not worth the stress. She wanted the cookies because she's pregnant and she had a craving, that baby didn't get what it wanted that night. We would have been better off to go to Walmart and buy some cookie dough and make the cookies ourselves. I guess some people just don't believe in good customer service anymore. That's why normally I prefer to go to the one on 129 close to Admiral, they are the only ones close to me who seem to do a good job and not get my order wrong. Good customer service is worth the few extra...
Read moreThis is seriously the worst McDonalds in the midtown area. I live right by it and have given it chance after chance only for them to never redeem themselves. There is about a 2% chance that your order will be right. Even if you order 1 item, with no modifications, chances are 9 times out of 10 that there will be something wrong with it or that you didn't ask for. The managers do not care. Every time something went wrong and I would have to go in to have them correct it they acted like they were super annoyed that they had to even deal with me. No apology no nothing just remade my order and threw it on the counter in silence. I'm not a loud person or a rude one so their attitude is really unnecessary. Sometimes it's small things like a cheeseburger when you ordered a mcdouble. Sometimes its a big thing like once I ordered a big mac and I got a filet o fish and when I went in and asked why the guy said he just couldn't remember what I said so he guessed. That day I asked for my money back for the sandwich and said I'd just keep the fries. He got SO upset that I asked for a refund, he grabbed the "im sorry" apple pie that he had just put in my bag and threw it into the trash really hard as he was opening the register. There is another manager with some kind of speech impediment that will always argue with you if something is incorrect. No matter what he will try to fight you on it saying "No you said you wanted that. No you didn't. I remember. Nu-uh." it's extremely frustrating. And I KNOW I'm not the only one, recently this place was on the 9:00 news because some customers actually jumped over the counter and started fighting some of the employees because their order got screwed up 3 times in a row. Still not right to react violently but I completely understand their frustration! This place just doesn't care plain and simple, I know it's McDs so I don't expect 5 star service but if I order 1 item with no mods it should not be an issue every....
Read moreHair in food and when I called to complain about it they wanted to get rude and argue with me that they didnt have anyone who worked there with that color hair but yet the person handing out food out the drive thru had that color hair. They kept wanting to argue and fight when all I was trying to do is let them know to have people with long hair either wear a hair net or for them to simply pay attention to the product quality that is going out. They kept interrupting every sentence that I started over the phone because they didnt want to hear my complaint. They're so rude!!!! Every time I go here I have problems but its closest to my house and I have kids. That was my most recent experience which was today at 12:20 pm. Before today every other time we go there we get pulled forward even if there is no customers behind us. One of the times we got pulled forward we waited 45 minutes my husband ended up being late to work and I actually had to go inside and ask where my food was and the head manager actually admitted right to my face that they'd forgotten about us!!! Then they gave us cold food!!! I've completely lost hope in this specific restaurant!!! And doesnt matter if I call to complain because they get defensive and try to argue that they did nothing wrong!!!! We've had wrong orders, cold food, stale food, sour ice coffee, I mean the list goes on and nothing is ever...
