I was a little disappointed because I had a sick kid that would only eat chicken nuggets. Being early and before my morning joe, i forgot that they don't serve lunch all day like they do breakfast now. When I was ordering it must have been about 7:30 in the morning. All he would eat was chicken nuggets. I asked the nice man in the drive through when lunch was served and was informed it runs from 10:30 a.m. to 3 am. Although this was not the problem we encountered during our visit, but it did set off a foul tone at such an early time . The straw that broke the camel's back though... was the horrendous fact that i had sat in the parking lot trying to log into my McDonald's app for almost an hour. THATS LONGER THAN IT WOULD TAKE ME TO GO TO THE DMV AND DRIVE HOME!!!! And to boot.... Hungry, tired frustrated family members are not my idea of a successful morning and what's worse is it breaks the a successfuThis is not the first time I've wasted literally hours of my life trying to save up and use it somewhere else more than likely on my kids. It used to work, over a YEAR AGO, and then two updates later each one makes it worse. I've reset my password five six seven times. I have uninstalled the app and then reinstalled... I tried logging in with Facebook.... I even tried logging in with my husbands email. ALSO I created and registered a brand new email address that I had never had before just to save a penny and no such luck. I'm very very frustrated with the McDonald's corporation and I've really come to disliked corporate baby burger. Burger King's across the street so I guess from now on I'll just tell my family we won't be going to McDonald's ever again. At least with Burger King the coupons will physically be in my hand because THEY come with every red plum in my mail.... Screw...

It use to be simple to order a a 6pc mighty kids meal with double fries (medium) now it's hell on wheels. I order the exact thing and instead of getting a medium for double fries they assume I'm ordering the $3 happy meal so you get a small get. Now if my son wasn't a growing young man that would be acceptable. So if anyone else is having this problem at this certain location male sure to say you want a "mighty mighty" kids meal. It's $4.69 plus tax so you might ad well get a 6pc value meal. I explained I asked for a mighty kids meal and the young female at the register said well the drive thru must have log it in incorrectly. There's nothing I can do about it, but charge you the difference between the two meals. Not only were the fries cold but it was the wrong size. Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience to my order but wanted to charge me a second time because the drive thru messed up. Not me as the customer but the establishment itself. Now we all make mistakes in life but what should have been done was I should've been educated on the difference in ordering and the staff should ASK if the customer wants the value 6pc happy meal or in fact the might kids meal. I as the customer should not have to educated a staff how to educated the customer. There will be no next time at this facility. Anywhere else i go I simply say mighty kids meal with double fries and they know exactly what I'm wanting. They never assume the cheaper version of a mighty kids meal. Very dissatisfied. Read moreHad the biggest headache just trying to pick up a mobile order. They made me go all the way back around to "order again" through the drive-thru window since I didn't stop at the speaker. The verbiage was actually, "We don't have your order." I had to cancel my order, reorder, and when I get back to the speaker, the ignorant lady says my order was canceled. I had to cancel the second order because they said they couldn't give me my order because I canceled it. I told the folks thru the speaker that I made a second order, but I had to cancel it because they said they never received a second order either. After telling me they couldn't find my order the 2nd time, I tried to cancel my order again, and this time, the app wouldn't let me. I asked for my money back in person, and then they said the order miraculously popped up on the screen. When I asked for my money back, they tried to give me a cold sandwich instead of a refund. Because I demanded my refund, the manager refused to refund my money back on the card while stating, "This is that bullshit I'm talking about," and then walked out of the building. The police were called out just to get my refund!!! This is just a stupid show just for breakfast! smh, lots OF INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WORKING HERE!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION, THEY DONT KNOW WHAT...
