Went to one of my favorite restaurants of all time. This place is amazing. The atmosphere was great. No wait to get seated at 7:50P. We were promptly taken to our booth when a random server stopped and took our drink orders for us. Drinks promptly arrived as well as our server, Madison. Madison was awesome. She was funny, smiling , had jokes, and joined in on our jokes (thank you, Madison, for that movie recommendation i now get to watch). She went through the cut, fish, and finisher features of the evening in great detail and answered all our questions. She was really easy to speak with and added a nice touch to the evening. I will start with the tea. I'm not sure what it was, but it's so good. I had sweet tea, and it's just a slight sweet. Loved it. The table ordered the Millionaire Shrimp. Jumbo shrimp with some cabbage and grain mustard and cocktail sauce...🤗. That mustard is TOP flavored Mustard. Compliments the dish tremendously. I then ordered the Rotisserie Chicken Chop Salad. This salad is one of my all-time favorites. I first had it in 2009. Tossed with pulled Rotisserie chicken, black beans , tomato's, corn, tortilla strips, cheese, jicama, avocado, BBQ drizzle, and Chipotle Blue Cheese. 🫠🫠 I now get a question at every restaurant when I order blue cheese and a side of BBQ 🤣🤣. I had to order a stuffed pablano as well. Cornmeal battered and flash fried, stuffed with Rotisserie chicken, black bean salsa, Chipotle sour cream, verde salsa. Ridiculously delicious. My friend ordered the dinner Ceaser salad and added chicken. Comes tossed with red bell peppers, Parmesan cheese, and spiced Caesar dressing and pulled Rotisserie chicken. She absolutely loved it. She said the cracked black pepper gives it a kick. My neice ordered the kids' cheese Quesadilla, and said it was the best she ever had. She "made" me try it, and I will say it was awesome: cheesy and crunchy! Other friend ordered the salmon Caesar salad and devoured it. The sweet remoulade and fresh avocado elevated this dish. We all ordered the key lime pie (thanks again to Madison being so good on her pitch) and it delivered. Cold, tart, and house made vanilla whipped cream Outstanding experience. From walking in the doors to leaving the building. We felt welcomed, service was above standard, food delivered next level results, and we were not rushed. I absolutely recommend this location.

My husband has been wanting to try this place for a while and we see lots of great reviews. We get there and they say it’s a 20 minute wait, no big deal. But others came after us and where seated before us so I asked if they take reservations when we get seated and she said only for larger parties but the people being seated before us where only parties of 4 or less. Oh well, we got seated and waited a bit before we got asked what we w aged to drink. Got our drinks and ordered our food. The hubby got the “Caesar” salad. I ordered the market price Hawaiian steak and he got the steak and enchilada and my friend got the filet or whatever the third steak is they have. Hubby got his salad and it was more like a spicy Italian dressing than a spicy ceasar. Lots of bell peppers in it. We sat there for 45 minutes and I was like, she didn’t put our order in. Sure enough 5 minutes later she came over and admitted she forgot. She was busy talking to her friends at the bar. She said we would be compensated and asked if we wanted anything and my husband asked for bread. She advices all they have is corn bread and so he asks for that. We get it and she says our order is finally in. We wait another 15 minutes and our food arrives and she asks if we want a dessert on the house, no, but I’ll take a glass of wine. My steak had sooo much fat it was not edible. I got a to go box and ended up throwing it away. In the end the manager never came to our table and they only removed the one glass of $13 wine. I’m not a Karen so I didn’t ask to speak to the manager, I would tho k after his waitress told him what happened he would come talk with us on his own. Instead he was too busy putting his arm around all the young waitresses and socializing at the hostess desk making horrible jokes. I know because we sat right behind the hostess desk. I will never go back. $170 and we tipped $40 because we appreciated she owned up to her mistake. But made it seem like the corn bread would be taken care of in addition to a discount of our food. I never asked for any of that, she told us that’s what would happen. Nope. My husband said his enchilada was amazing though.

We were prompty seated upon arrival - did not appear to be busy at 5:30PM on a Sunday evening. Server introduced himself as Jase. We were all surprised that he was able to investigate a mystery mocktail that my friend had a pervious visit. The birthday girl was pleased and happy with her Chi-Chi Pina Colada mocktail. She stated we were going to have birthday dessert as our appetizer - Something Chocolate. A huge thick chunk of vanilla ice cream in the middle of two slices of chocolate cake. So delicious and decadent. After our "appetizer", I immediately ordered the bone in porkchop with honey glazed carrots and mashed red potatoes. The best meal of my life - $22 well spent! The porkchop was thick, juicy, grilled to perfection with an onion and apple compote on top. Amazing and life chnaging. Jase stayed on top of our refills and was super pleasant during our visit. If you are in need of a life changing meal, check out Red Rock Canyon!

Saturday 7/20/24 - went to a birthday dinner at this restaurant (of about 45 guest which started at 5 pm). The food & atmosphere was GREAT, however, the manager Eric seem to be more concerned about the time we leave (by 7 pm) and the bill more than customer service.

First the tone was set with Eric constantly entering the room and not extending his services to some of the issues at hand (i.e. drinks or food that was not coming quick enough or food or drinks that were never received, etc.). A guess received her food at 6:40 pm and she indicated to Eric "just getting my food" and Eric's reply was "well you have 20 minutes" - wow!

Secondly the waiters and waitresses SERVED WELL considering all, however you would think an EXECUTE DISTRICT MANAGER (Eric) would know to put more experienced staff to wait on a group like that, even if the more inexperienced staff member had to shadow the experienced one. Again don't get me wrong the waiter and waitresses did great considering the quantity of guest they had to serve.

Lastly, Redrock Manager, Eric indicated he could only do (10) tickets for the total group, therefore, leaving us to figure out who is going to group together and who is going to pay and get reimbursed (cash app, cash, etc.). We are a pretty good group of friends and this was actually worked out, however, when you go to dinner you expect to take care of your bill and whoever you choose to.

There were people when received their ticket - it was flipped over the clipboard to indicate the last portion of the bill and the total and when unfolded (in some cases) it revealed charges, whereas, things should have been taken off of the bill but it wasn't and in where something was ordered and never received but still charged for it. When these bill issues was brought to Eric's attention and when someone in the group was accused by Eric of raising their voice and they replied to Eric "No... now this is raising my voice" in a louder than normal tone (the police was called). How embarrassing this is.

I do not live in Tulsa and this was my very first experience with this restaurant, however, don't think I will be coming back anytime soon. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!

PS: By the way we left well after 7 pm because Eric and staff was struggling to figure out the (10 ticket issue) and if there was another group to be in at 8 pm as indicated (they never appeared). Ummm!

Wesley the birthday host was patient as JOB! and all the birthday girl said was "don't kill my...

We have been to our fav Red Rock countless times over the years and always had great service and great food but tonight was quite the polar opposite. Ashley was our server and she seemed to not only be new, but just not able to grasp how to take orders, comprehend instructions, read people, or seem to have the skills needed to do this job, and she asked so many questions about our orders which were all basic orders and even asked tons of questions on how we wanted the perfect margaritas that always come in martini glasses. They came out in cocktail/whiskey glasses with ice cubes in them, the. She brought us 8 waters for the 4 of us then kept asking over and over the same questions about how we wanted our food that made us think we would not get anything like we ordered it to be. The table next to us ordered at the same time and they were ordering dessert before we got our food, then another one of her tables requested a new server when they waited for their crown and cokes for 15 min after she brought out empty glasses just with ice in them. Like…. Where is the crown and the coke? Anyone can have a bad night but then our food came out so cold that the butter on the steak didn’t even melt. We talked to the manager on the way out and she said she wished she knew, but we told her “you never came by like usual” when they ask how things are going. She seemed completely unaware and not even remotely serious about making it right. My friends were too nice to even complain that he got the whole wrong meal but this was just a very disappointing experience in our fav go-to place for special occasions. Seems like maybe management changed and we won’t be going back which is sad because it has always been first class! The people at the table next to us mentioned to us that they always had good service except tonight and the last time as well . This was their “let’s give them one more chance” night and Red Rock let them down this time too. Come on Red Rock!!! You can do better and should have offered some gift cards so we can come back.

As a follow up redrock did go back and adjust the bill to about 30% of what it was so that was great that they did that although i wish they did that before we left the restaurant. Thank you sees Rock for...
