This place doesn't even deserve one star. My fiance had a $200.00 J Cole gift card stolen from her. The person who stole it used the gift card on the company website to buy $200.00 worth of stuff. The company has all of this thief's personal information (name, phone number, address, etc) and they refuse to hold this thief accountable and they refuse to do anything about this matter.
Instead, to try to make things right, the owner contacted me and said that they could offer me a 10% discount on their merchandise. What a pathetic and disgusting joke that is. You want to know how much the average item goes for in this overrated store? About $100.00. Any shirt they have and any pair of pants that they have are about $100.00 a piece. These are excessively greedy people who care about their customer's wallets, not their customers.
And guess what the Tulsa Police Department did regarding this theft? Nothing. They aren't investigating thefts that are smaller than $1,000. This is a slam dunk case. At most, this would take a week to resolve. It doesn't matter to them nor to J Cole.
So, great news for anybody and everybody out there. If you want to steal anything from J Cole shoes, you can absolutely do it AND get away with it! Both J Cole and the Tulsa Police Department won't do a thing about it. It's not important to either of them and they'll just let you have whatever you want, as long as it's below $1,000 of course. So go ahead and go into J Cole shoes and steal whatever you want! With the insane prices that they charge for everything there, people SHOULD steal from that store. Oh and on your way out with the stolen merchandise, listen closely to the owner offering you a 10% discount. Talk...
Read moreUpdated review 4/7/24: I changed the review from 1 star to 3 stars for a couple of reasons. Customer service was quick and nice. They refunded my order and didn’t make me ship the hat back. Even though I won’t wear it or use it, it is a nice gesture and saves me the time of going to the post office. They did say they’d send me a $15 gift card as well. Which I never received. That’s fine because I don’t see myself purchasing anything from here again. The reason I won’t change the rating to a 4 or 5 star is they asked me to take my review down. I would’ve probably updated the review to be a 4 or 5 star review because of the quick customer service had they not outright asked me to take it down. I do not think it is good practice to do so.
Original review 4/5/24: Ordered a hat for my trip to Italy. It cost almost $50 with shipping. Hat came on time, but it was sent in a soft mailer so it was completely smashed. Definitely should always send hats in a box. The quality of the hat is extremely low. The embroidery almost pulls the foam together so it is squashed and pulled down. I will be returning and requesting a refund. I am very bummed because the photos online looked so cute and I love a good trucker hat. This one is...
Read moreMy family and I have been loyal customers of J.Cole Shoes for 4+ years. All throughout high-school many of my friends and even family have at one time worked for J.Cole Shoes. Unfortunately, while home on a recent break from college, my friend and I were shopping in the store when one of the co owners ushered me into the employee only area of the store and then proceeded to accuse me of shop lifting. The woman was not satisfied even after seeing my empty pockets/purse and rather than apologizing and letting the matter drop, she chose to direct my attention to what I assume is a wall of shame, highlighting surveillance camera photos of other customers who were supposedly shop lifters. I'm sure it has to be frustrating, as an owner, when people steal from you. However, treating all customers as though they are planning to commit a crime is highly offensive and doesn't show an appreciation for customers who have contributed to the success of...
