Got the Chicken platter for $30 + a $3.37 card fee. The flavor is there. The spice is there. But I’m not sure if I’m wrong for coming on a rainy Friday at lunch time. The chicken was cold, the legs were slightly warm. The tortillas were steamed. Not even warmed on grill or charred. Rice and beans were hot though. Just overall disappointed I didn’t get a hot meal on a cold rainy day. Gonna take it home and heat it up in a skillet for quesadillas now. I’m only giving this 2 stars because the tacos were at least good to pass. Besides them tasting like they came from stew. If you like roasted chicken that gives you that feeling like you made it at home, then this is the place for you. My experience wasn’t so great, chicken didn’t have much flavor to it besides the Smokey barbecue feel. The rice and beans were bland… I can’t go much more on it. Maybe this place isn’t for me because it didn’t meet the expectations I had from seeing the other reviews. The chicken was okay just not as flavorful as I expected.
