Frequently come to this one because it's the only one nearby, Mazzio's is expensive, and the Sonic shut down. Some of the employees are questionable but overall still get the job done when not outside smoking or yelling about missing money. Only had a few mishaps with my order and was either they were out of an item or the worker was new. It's understandable but I think if the guys and girls both put as much effort into their job as they do their make up then they could be management material. Speaking of management can you do something about Mr New York attitude and Cryin Brian? Both have problems keeping their anger issues and personal drama at home and it affects their hospitality. There seems to be an extremely high turn over rate on new employees lately. Even seen some oler ones come and go multiple times. Maybe it's time for new management? The management is a direct result of how well employees do. A good manager will make loyal hardworking employees. A bad manager will continuously have issues with their employees and will keep having to replace them. Also What's up with Tommy Chong looking dude in street clothes that randomly comes in and goes through the store? Bro, be professional and at least wear something with a logo. This place is like so very unprofessional. The workers i encountered omg. So we go into eat the 1st guy got a full fledged mug on his face. Like my guy u scary. Then he was so pissed he got our breads wrong. The bread was so i don't know the words for it. Not fresh looking bread at all. He doing all of this while starring outside into the parking lot. He ring me up and forgets the drinks. Im like looking around for the cups because he done walked off to the back. A gentlemen walks up behind me from outside and ask me what i was looking for. I cant make this up. He then walks behind the counter to the backroom so the guy the checks me out comes back out i like can i get the cups. He hands me water cups and walks back off to the backroom still looking pissed off. I was done at this point. Its like can we get some drug test ova here because nobody is in there right mind. I counted 2 ladies 1 just walked in she spoke he looked at her like dirt she went in the back him and the strange guy out of nowhere. Im so confused. I’m 6 months pregnant and wanted some subway. I’ve been putting it off for the last few months. Finally tik tok made me order. I ordered sandwiches for my husband and I. Get there to pick it up and some how someone grabbed my to go order. I tell ol boy and of course I felt like the bad guy even though I quite literally did nothing wrong. He’s actually nice and remakes the sandwiches. Get them home……my husbands sandwich is a soggy moist mess. I open mine…..it’s a mustard sandwhich. With pickles, peppers, meat it was garbage. I call and complain because wtf. Manager isn’t there so I get the same guy. Says they had been busy.
