I bought a bag of rice at this store and turns out there were bugs in the rice. I called the store to ask for an exchange and he told me i can't exchange it and he won't give me a refund as well bc if I take it back to him it's no good for him.

The lady was rude and never greeted me. She rather take her time and look at her phone than ring me out which was very disrespectful when I was already at the register.
