Nights Stay Hotel — Hotel in Tulsa

I knew just by how low the price was I'm not expecting a great updated room, but at least let it be clean enough for me to spend the day there. When I got my room key, I went into my room the sheets were hanging off the bed and it was sunflower seeds and chicken crumbs on it,there was no blanket. I asked if I could get another room he gave me a different room the next room smelled better it did have graffiti everywhere but like I said as long as it was clean. The manager came in with me while I was checking my bed and the sheets ,he said well what I can do is give you you your refund and you can find somewhere else to stay. I didn't even complain about the room, but I guess it was the fact that i was checking my bed for sheets and no crumbs that made him say that. I said, "never did I say I did not want it. I'm checking to make sure what's in the last room Is not in this room.he started talking about well I'm just saying we can give it away to someone else because there's not much I can do. I said, "your prices let me know I'm not going to be expecting the best updated room,I just would like for it to be cleaned properly,for me to stay in. Which it was a better room.The TV didn't work. They do have a nice looking shower though. I took it because like I said it smelled better and there were clean sheets but just because I was checking around doesn't mean he had to pull that ..if you dont like this room you can get your money and get the f* out card. The hotel is not a nice one but I guess it's more for affairs, and hookups. And before the owner post under my comment saying I didn't stay here, I stayed here may 25 checked in around 1pm of 2019. I have nothing good to say about this place they are infested with cock roaches, and lets not forget the pimps and drug dealers.. The mid eastern owners are rude and should have their asses kicked. I was going to on my visit but TPD stopped that. My wife and I were asleep when they called our room and said we had 5 minutes to get out and to leave the property! We made the mistake of showing some human kindness to a person who at that moment needed help. So by letting a seemingly nice girl (working girl) put her cloths in our room while she made other arrangements. unaware it was against his rules. The last time we seen her was when she collected her belongings. If this was such a huge violation why wasn't this posted in the office for all to beware? We seen her twice, They claimed that we had to much traffic in and out. when I tried to explain to the young innkeeper he would not listen, I explained to the police, and to my shock they sided with the owner. I personally think its a set up scam, I was told by several locals that it constantly takes place there, so you be the judge on that one. Oh well someday karma gets everyone. observing the local on goings about I've noticed lots of shady things and have heard that they get a % from girls and if they aren't paid up, and are seen going into a room they will 86 that guest. Moving cross country AZ-WI with 2 cars and 2 adults. This was our second night on the road. Checked in, but checked out within 20 minutes. Appears to have new carpet and new bathroom fixtures, but rest of room was disgusting. Our smoke free room came with a cup of cigarette buts under the bed. Unlike many economy hotels this one doesn't use platform type beds where the underside is blocked. We worried what else the cats may find & eat under the bed. There were no blankets, only old dingy/dirty bed covers with holes throughout. I asked for a blanket at the office and was handed a dirty stained old blanket with hairs on it. We immediately asked for a refund. They would not give a full refund and withheld about $25. There was no apology and the staff was disinterested. Meanwhile there were questionable people milling around the parking lot and we worried about our safety as well. Even though they've done some updating they don't keep it clean, walls had stains, beds were dirty, etc. It's clear they don't care about customer service. Furthermore while I was in the office a man and woman checked in for the night,paid cash and were charged half of our rate. I think they charged us more since we had a credit card.
