I hired Complete Hardscape Construction recently to build a retainer wall behind my mothers house. The owner, Vincent, answered the first time I reached out. He visited the job site that day, ask several questions, and offered a formal bid the next day. He worked with me to try to find ways to reduce the price. We talked a couple times answering my questions, and I hired him to build our retainer wall. Rather than the typical long wait to start the job, he brought a crew the next day and spent most of the day organizing the job, listening to my mother’s wishes (he was so kind and respectful), and bringing in materials. Those guys worked so hard from daylight to dark, never missed a day and finished a week early. We even encountered a leaning tree which needed to be removed and Vincent took it out and hauled it off at a competitive price.
