Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Tulsa

I waited longer than necessary, as an employee aimlessly wandered around the front of the store before offering to assist me. When I said that I was waiting for an order he grabbed it from the waiting area where it had been sitting.

We got home, several miles and unloaded our groceries, then sat to eat before realizing how horribly they messed up everything. Toppings they actually gave us were scarce. They also completely excluded the sausage and it looked like they only gave one piece of salami. For the supreme with jalapenos, they completely excluded the supreme and only gave us a cheese with jalapenos.

Tired and already settled in, we called customer service hoping to be able to send pictures and the receipt and get at least a partial refund for the parts we didn't get. Instead I just got excuses, told I should have expected that (website doesn't say they'd lack toppings or would be any different, actually instead shows pictures of full pizzas). I was then told that to get any help I needed to go back to the store or accept some coupons for next time.

So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. MY REVIEW: This used to be my go-to Mazzios because it's close to home. However, the past few times we've gone has not resulted in a positive experience. Case in point, last night we went for the Tuesday night buffet. The buffet starts at 5:00 and we arrived around 6:00pm. There were only two pizzas available and they were old and cold. We waited almost ten minutes before more pizza was put out. The salad bar had several items missing and very little lettuce. Last time we visited this location they were totally out of lettuce and wouldn't be getting anymore in until later that day. Also, several customers made comments about how cold it was in the restaurant. I mentioned it to the female employee at the register and she rudely informed me that the cooks in the back have to have it that cold. So, pretty much screw the customers that were freezing. Mazzio's Pizza is one of the best pizza food chains here in Oklahoma it actually started out with Ken Selby and Ken's Pizza and then progressed into a pizza franchise across the United States. Some of Kim's first pizzas were sold to the University of Tulsa which he had a store down on 15th street now that can is long pass this world into the next Beyond his pizza still stays the same and is as delicious as ever. You can't go wrong eating at Ken's Restaurant Mazzio's. My family and I love to eat at Mazzio's Pizza frequently because the pizza is good that make their own do they do make their own ranch dressing and dressings for salad bar their salad bars very tasty and clean and neat and if you want to get a good meal for a fair price then you can go to Mazzio's and expect that I have to give the food a 3 and 1/2 to 4 star as far as Pizza chain restaurants go the restaurant is about a three stores do need to have some refurbishing done but they are still adequate and the pizza chain itself is still thriving in today's climate.
