!!Buyer beware!!
This location apparently can't issue refunds even if they can't fulfill you order after they charge your card. Details as follows:
I ordered a coffee, cinnamon roll, and double chocolate muffin. I went up to the window, and my card was charged.
However, when it came to fulfill my order I was only given the coffee and cinnamon roll but was told they didn't have the muffin.
Since my card had already been charged, I requested a refund for the unfulfilled order. I was then told that the employees on hand could not issue refund as that was something a manager had to do. I asked to speak to a manager but was told she was not in store and had to be called. One of the employees said she would call the manager, and the same employee came back a few minutes later reintegrating that a refund could not be issued and that I was to reach out to corporate to request a refund.
With a toddler in the backseat, and a wife needing her coffee, this just wasn't a battle worth continuing to fight, so I drove away feeling scammed.
Been to this location multiple times, and the "usual" staff has always been super helpful and quick to correct errors, but this afternoon's staff just didn't seem to care.

Read moreI went to Scooters all the time and was happy paying $7 for my coffee until over a week ago I went they never seem to tell you you amount of your order is. Like normal I gave her my card. She turned and repeated my order back and I said yes. She then gave me back my card no receipt. I leave and my phone notified me I was charged 2x my order and then a $15.55 so i call. The manger said the clerk informed her and she would credit it back to my card. I went after 6 days and no refund and she said she would have to talk to the owner first. No custom service of here is some coupons for our mistake here is a drink on us or nothing. It’s been 9 days and still no call or refund. What if I needed that for my children. They didn’t seem to try real hard to keep my business so I’m exposing their terrible customer service and the fact they weren’t even going to make me aware until I had to find out on my own. Read moreThey are the worst! So rude and unfriendly, we ordered 2 coffees and their sign shows a cookie with this special drink we ordered. They don’t have them and when asked they tell you it’s not our fault the truck didn’t come in. Which I understand, but you are the employee and should care or go work somewhere else, like Walmart. The lack of personality and friendliness was amazing to me, my husband was the one ordering and he has a personality and likes to banter to keep the mundane interesting, this was taken way wrong and then he was told he’s old and creepy! So if you’re not a hot young guy don’t speak to these employees about anything but coffee! They have no idea how to react!
