Starbucks — Restaurant in Tulsa

I tried to give this location a few extra chances to make things right, due to it being my favorite location, in the past. That being said, both chances proved to be a mistake that only I had to pay for in the end. The first time I drove through the drive thru and there was laughing and giggling streaming through the speaker. Although, I am in great favor of having fun at work, They were to busy laughing to get my order. When I ordered, she repeated it back to me but it was wrong. I corrected her and she replied, "Yeah. Got it." and then disconnected.I knew they didn't get it right but, I have it a shot. When I was handed my coffee, it was in fact wrong, on the sticker. I reminded her she said, "no problem." When I was given my "corrected" drink it was the exact same drink. They had literally turned around, placed it on the coffee counter, returned to the window and handed me my same drink. The second time, it was watered down and weak. In my experience, this type of apathy in coffee preparation typically come from managers and baristas who don't drink coffee. The passion tea was horrible. And they suggested it. It Was bitter, even after I got sugar added(because they said it didn't need any ) I had to order another drink. Not sure if they made the first drink wrong, or if it's just gross all the time. Because she also messed up another order while I was waiting. Had a Bad experience. Won't be going back there. Fifteen dollars later, with only two edible drinks. A quick drink stop turned into a twenty min stop. Service was bad. I typically don’t write negative reviews as I am a manager in the customer service business and understand most situations. But my experience here was awful. Pulled up to the drive thru at 2:30pm with only 4-5 cars ahead of me waiting to order. Did not leave the line until 3:06pm. Not to mention the lady on the intercom and at the window were not nice. You’d think they’d be super apologetic for the service people are receiving. If you are in a hurry anywhere I wouldn’t recommend...
