Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Tulsa

This chipotle is in a nice area and I had been here before and the food was good so that's why when I went into the restaurant I wasn't expecting it to be the pigsty it was. It was disgusting food everywhere all over the tables and the serving area and in the food containers all types of food were mixed together I don't know what I was thinking but I still went up and ordered and while telling the guy working there my order and him putting my burrito together he messed up multiple times which isn't a huge deal and it was clear he was new and I paused for a second and said give him a second maybe he'll offer to restart the burrito or something and then while thinking that he puts the wrong meat on i just said I'm sorry I wanted steak not chicken and he scooped the chicken off my black bean brown rice burrito (even though I had told him white rice and pinto beans) ( oh yeah and he scooped it out just using his hands) and went and stuck his hand into the steak and scooped it up with a cup mind you he is wearing gloves but certainly not ones that go up to his forearm i can't even write properly but I certainly didn't eat the burrito I got but I did pay for it. 😬 what should I do I would love to just give it to someone who needs it more than me but I just think it's too unsanitary for anyone to eat i didn't get anything that could be spilling all over my car and yet the bag is...

By far the worst experience once again when it comes to me ordering Chipotle from this location specifically finally got home and I don't have my right order and I'm on a high protein calorie deficit type diet and for some reason I have white rice in the bowl that I have I might have gotten the wrong one because the person that was finishing off my order was jumping around but this right here is the second time and the fact that I gave him a another chance to make it right the food quality just cold it doesn't make any sense and the fact that chipotle is a restaurant y'all should be able to keep up your products when y'all see a handful of people coming in that's getting ready to order stuff why don't this story never have things in order I am just very disappointed once again like I said I gave them a second try and it's most likely worse than my first one the fact that I couldn't even eat it cuz they got rights in it and I have other stuff in it too I can't eat rice so basically I just wasted my money for the second time this is starting to get out of hand I should be able to get what I want and the temperature of the food should be excellent knowing that Chipotle restaurant that serves a...

Me and my husband used to enjoy coming here. The people were so nice. The staff was amazing but here we are in 2025 and we don’t get the same treatment as the last crew that was here previously I don’t know whether people came on a new shift or what’s going on, but me and my husband came here for dinner and The lady that served us had a very rude attitude she was hispanic short with dark hair She was asking us.
