I am a huge fan of this chain, so it saddens me to give them a 1 here. Went in for lunch yesterday, ordered a pizza and arnold palmer from the bar while watching the USA in World Cup action. Pizza came out looking wonderful. It was loaded with many toppings and drizzled with honey. They also gave me a fork and a plate, which i assumed was to eat the pizza with. After several failed attempts to cut the pizza with the thin and flimsy fork, i asked for a steak knife. They gave me a dull butter knife which proved less effective than the fork had been. Turns out that they don't have anything sharp for customers to cut the pizza with. Thats fine, but I also received a poor and dismissive attitude in regards to my dilemma. I am a military guy, so at least I got 10% off my meal. Please purchase some knives and Ill...

This is a delicious pizza place. There are a plethora of unique signature pizzas. There are also salads and sandwiches for those less inclined to eat pizza. The restaurants provides a family friendly dine in environment. There are booths for more privacy and a bar for those that left the kids at home. I will say that it is very pricey despite how unique the signatures are. Perhaps a bit too much. I prefer to split if I can. The small 6 slice pizza is not enough for two people though so you'll need to move to a medium or large to split. Love that you get to take your cups home if you get a soda. I would tell a friend that this is a good place although it's not my first place I'd recommend for pizza. I will probably be back as I have friends that...

Five stars truly aren’t enough for the incredible service we received at Hideaway. From the moment we were seated, Ashley made us feel completely welcome—like we were longtime friends rather than just guests for the evening.

She was attentive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering spot-on recommendations that made our meal even better than expected. Ashley anticipated everything we needed before we had to ask—refilling drinks, checking in at just the right times, and making sure every detail was perfect.

Ashley is a true gem, and Hideaway is lucky to have her. Service like that is rare, and it’s the reason we’ll be back again and again. If you’re dining at Hideaway, do yourself a favor and ask for Ashley—you’ll be in...

Good - **** Have been to Hideaway for only pizza so far. This time I thought to have a baked pasta from the menu. After going through the menu, finally decided to have a lasagna. They make the lasagna from scratch. Had to wait for 10 minutes. Finally received real hot lasagna with 2 garlic bread pieces.. Let me tell you, it was awesome!! Had enough cheese and the pasta was baked well in marinara sauce. Real good flavor!! It is one of the best lasagna I have ever had recently.. Initially I felt the portion size was small but I was wrong. The only flip side to say is the price. It is 13.49$. Wish it was around 10$ range. Anyways I would really recommend Hideaway’s lasagna for its flavor.

We enjoy supporting local restaurants. Hideaway has been fairly dependable over the years. This location (Kingspointe) has become poorly managed and kitchen staff must run unsupervised. This review is a result of our final visit. Trying something off the “NEW” pasta bowl menu, the result was not edible. Dried penne pasta, dried out pre grilled/probably frozen chicken and the small dousing of Alfredo sauce was simply attaching pasta to the bottom of the dish, mimicking grade school paste. This meal was only the latest disappoint for this location. Sadly, after reaching out to senior management and being ignored I realized customer feedback and impressions are unimportant.

Went here at lunch time on a weekday. No wait time, we got seated quickly. Our server was really polite and friendly. We got fried mushrooms which was a 5/5 (perfect with ranch), the Big Country pizza which was 4.5/5 and the Nola Pasta which was a 2.5/5 for me (pasta was too salty overpowering the whole taste of the dish, all i could taste was salt, it was served with a cheese garlic bread which was good but did not help with the saltiness, i think that they don’t go well together). The food were all freshly cooked and served in a timely manner. I would recommend the place and will come back here in the future :3
