Well from the other reviews I'm glad we didn't actually get food here. We had just gotten back to Tulsa after a 2 hour drive and my kiddo and friends were hungry so we were going to get Taco Bell. The location was empty of other customers and we went through the drive through. When greeted I said "it'll be just a moment" because I'm getting ready to order for myself, 2 of my friends, my kid, and my friend's husband. She was really impatient with me and I didn't know why, there weren't any cars behind me.
So they all texted me their order and I wrote mine down where it would be easier to 1. Remember what 5 people wanted and 2. Make it easier to enter multiple quantities if we had any.
I went to order but I told her we would have 2 separate tickets. She said I couldn't do that. This is not my first time ordering at taco bell with multiple people and I was just flabbergasted. She told me she would do that if we wanted to come inside. If I wanted to go inside I would have went inside. Not through the drive thru, I had a no shoed cranky toddler and we were hot, tired, hungry and just wanted to go home. I told her I could just circle the building and place a second order but that would be not only a waste of time and gas but absurd at that point.
So after the refusal to place the separate orders I pulled up to the window and honked. I asked for the corporate number and the group of 3 just stared at me. One said "look it up online" so I asked for the store number and they really didn't want to tell me.
I spoke to the manager this morning but honestly I don't think this will change anything. I wasted my time, gas, and energy going here and I hope others will head my warning that this location isn't worth going to if it was free and you were starving.
I've worked years in customer service and I have never treated anyone with the blatant disrespect and rudeness that I was shown last night. I know fast food isn't a glorious job and it doesn't pay well but you should still show some human decency and treat others with kindness because kindness doesn't cost...
Read moreStore is normally clean and pretty quiet even with the homeless population. They are not disruptive. However, the quality of food and service at this location is lacking. It is not abnormal for my order to be messed up. For one, I placed an order for dine-in earlier today. It was good. I placed an order for some fiesta potatoes for pick up since it was free through the rewards and I went up there at 7:30 (it was placed at 7:01) they were pretty busy so I was giving them slack considering I am dining in so I see the business, so I go up to them at 7:30 and ask for my order (which again is only 1 fiesta potatoes) and they had it sitting in the drive thru window for 10-15 minutes and didn’t announce it. I had marked it for pick up, not drive thru. It was cold and I had to ask for sour cream on it since they forgot it. Couple hours later I come back wanting to try different menu items I place an order for a Luxe box and a chalupa since the chalupa was free. They forgot the chalupa and instead of going back through the drive thru waiting behind 5 cars my partner went thru the lobby and he was told it was closed and he said he just wanted the missing item and then a worker mockingly said that “he hates when people stand there staring at him while the lobby is closed” and the other worker walked out the door talking to a friend and then another worker was just eating presumably on lunch so not upset with him of course. My partner just walked out very upset with how he was treated (he’s not from here and said this stuff would never happen at his location). I would recommend going to the location on Admiral over this one because despite this bad experience I can’t say this isn’t the first one...
Read moreAbsolute worst management I have ever encountered.. The overweight blonde manager, jacked up teeth and some stupid tattoo on her forearm that looks like it came from prison. She is absolutely trashy and unprofessional, she talks to people like she's about to fight them. She treats delivery drivers even worse. She threatened to report me to the state because she saw a car seat in my car and started using my child as a way to intimidate me or threaten me. When I reported her the first time she tried to hit me thru the window and was harassing me, I was told I reported her to the regional manager and they were going to review camera and call me back and they were not going to allow or excuse that manager for acting that way. I found out that was not and this location does in fact support their management treating people that way. I was under the impression she was gone and I would never experience that again. Lies. She is still there, still a hostile an violent person. She enjoys the drama and control as it always brings a very creepy smile to her face. I called cops this time. As I was talking to them, that manager couldn't handle not knowing what was being said, so she tried coming outside looking all excited for drama. She then had some guy come outside and tried being sneaky about recording me and now I'm supposed to be posted online for the purpose of being humiliated, I absolutely did not deserve this kind of treatment whatsoever. I hope this review reaches corporate and does something about that manager. Nobody will...
