Turning Point Thrift Store — Local services in Tulsa

I arrived 10 minutes before closing knowing that they close at 3:00. Between 250 and 3:00 no less than six people informed me that they were closing. One lady was trying to restock things and I accidentally got in her way she huffed and rolled her eyes. There was a long line at the checkout so I continued to browse close to the checkout counter. I was then on a phone call trying to see if my sister wanted a wine rack that they had and a lady interrupted my phone call and said, "ma'am it's time for you to check out." At this point, I informed her that the staff had been nothing but rude since I arrived. She then also rolled her eyes at me. I put my stuff down and walked out. When I left there was still a line at the counter and I was pulling out at 3:03. It looked like a fine little thrift store but don't go near the place anywhere is near...

I will never return. Upon checking out a very old gray haired man was overcharging me. I spoke up and said how do you get that figure? It should be $4.50 plus tax. He said what is it you are wanting to debate? I wasn’t trying to debate just not be charged more money than what I bought. He could not even figure out what he had done, I had to tell him. He was so rude and grumpy but he didn’t hesitate to tell the man in front of me to pick out 12 pairs of glasses for free for his ministry. A grey haired woman was putting my stuff in a bag and she didn’t try to tell him what he did wrong, she was no help. I was in there one other time and this same man was the same kind of grouch that time also. If you think he’s representing your business in a professional manner, I hate to disappoint you but he’s ruining...

Nice Thrift Store, but unfortunately the awful staff will prevent me from returning. While patiently waiting in line for the next available cashier, one of the ladies behind the counter beckoned me over.

When I walked up to the counter the old "gentleman" immediately and harshly told me to "back up sir we're not ready for you we'll get to you in a minute." Even the lady being checked out felt he was being rude, sticking up for me letting him know that his "bagger" had called me over.
